Claims (6)
- 하우징(2)과, 전기 장치(3), 상기 하우징(2)에 지지되는 로터 샤프트(4)를 포함하는 터보 기계(1)로서, 상기 전기 장치(3)의 로터는 로터 샤프트(4) 상에 설치되고, 로터 샤프트(4)의 적어도 일단부 상에 원심 임펠러(5)가 일면 지지되어 설치되는 것인 터보 기계에 있어서,로터 샤프트(4)의 축방향 지지에 있어서, 원심 임펠러(5)의 내면(7)에 작용하는 자기 베어링 절반부(6)가 하우징(2)의 임펠러측 단부벽 상에 설치되는 것인 터보 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로터 샤프트(4)는 자기 베어링(11, 12)에 의해 반경 방향으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 원심 임펠러(5, 8)는 로터 샤프트(4)의 단부 상에 일면 지지되어 설치되고, 로터 샤프트(4)의 축방향 지지에 있어서 관련 원심 임펠러(5, 8)의 내면(7, 10)에 작용하는 각각의 자기 베어링 절반부(6, 9)가 하우징(2)의 임펠러측 양단부벽 상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반경 방향 자기 베어링 절반부(6, 9)와 축방향 자기 베어링(11, 12)은 활성 자기 베어링이고, 상기 터보 기계(1)는 자기 베어링(6, 9, 11, 12)을 보호하는 백업 베어링(13, 14)을 구비하며, 샤프트 시일(17, 18)을 구비하고, 상기 백업 베어링(13, 14)과 샤프트 시일(17, 18)은 반경 방향 자기 베어링(11, 12)과 원심 임펠러(5, 8) 사이의 각각의 샤프트 세그먼트에서 로터 샤프트(4)의 단부에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터보 기계(1)는 2단 압축기와 2단 팽창기 중 어느 하나이며, 상기 전기 장치(3)는 전기 모터와 발전기 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터보 기계(1)는 압축기 단과 팽창기 단을 구비하며, 상기 전기 장치(3)는 압축기 단과 팽창기 단에 대한 작동 조건에 따라 전기 모터 또는 발전기로서 작동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
