Abstract
【解決手段】灰成分を有する燃料をスラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーに導入し、スラグチャンバー内で第1酸化剤混合物及び第2酸化剤混合物とともに少なくとも部分的に燃焼させる。灰成分をスラグチャンバー内の溶融スラグの層として回収する。スラグ燃焼器気体流出物をスラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーから溶融炉の燃焼空間に高温で送って、溶融生成物を作るための熱を供給する。溶融スラグをスラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーから抜き出す。溶融スラグは溶融炉に選択的に導入してもよく、溶融炉に導入しなくてもよい。

Description
Claims (17)
- 溶融生成物を作るため溶融炉に熱を供給するための方法であって、
スラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーに灰成分及び可燃性成分を有する第1燃料を導入すること、
スラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーに、10体積%から100体積%の酸素濃度を有する第1酸化剤混合物を導入すること、
場合により、スラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーに第2燃料を導入すること、
スラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーに、22体積%から100体積%の酸素濃度を有する第2酸化剤混合物を導入すること、
前記第1燃料の可燃性成分のうちの少なくとも一部、及び場合により前記第2燃料のうちの少なくとも一部を、スラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバー内で燃焼させ、それにより分離した灰成分を生じさせるとともにスラグ燃焼器気体流出物を作ること、
前記分離した灰成分のうちの少なくとも一部をスラグチャンバーの内表面の少なくとも一部と接触した溶融スラグの層として回収すること、
スラグ燃焼器気体流出物のうちの少なくとも一部をスラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーから溶融炉の燃焼空間に1000℃から2500℃の温度で送り、溶融生成物を作るための熱を供給すること、及び
スラグ燃焼器のスラグチャンバーから溶融スラグを抜き出すこと、
を含む溶融炉への熱供給方法。 - 前記第1酸化剤混合物の酸素濃度が20体積%から30体積%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1酸化剤混合物の酸素濃度が10体積%から20体積%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2酸化剤混合物の酸素濃度が60体積%から75体積%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2酸化剤混合物の酸素濃度が85体積%から100体積%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スラグ燃焼器気体流出物が少なくとも1種の未燃焼の可燃性気体を含有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶融炉の燃焼空間に、20体積%から100体積%の酸素濃度を有する第3酸化剤混合物を導入すること、及び
スラグ燃焼器気体流出物からの前記少なくとも1種の未燃焼の可燃性気体のうちの少なくとも一部を、前記第3酸化剤混合物のうちの少なくとも一部とともに溶融炉の燃焼空間で燃焼させること、
を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第3酸化剤混合物の酸素濃度が60体積%から75体積%である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第3酸化剤混合物の酸素濃度が85体積%から100体積%である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第3酸化剤混合物を、スラグ燃焼器気体流出物と溶融物/原料スペースの間で導入する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融スラグを溶融炉に導入することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融炉が溶融帯域と清澄帯域を有するガラス溶融炉であり、当該方法が前記溶融スラグを前記溶融帯域に導入し、前記溶融スラグを前記清澄帯域には導入しないことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スラグ添加剤をスラグチャンバーに導入することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スラグ添加剤が、ガラスカレット、ガラス製造原料、及び他のプロセスからの灰のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1酸化剤混合物が溶融炉からの燃焼排ガスを含有し、且つ当該第1酸化剤混合物が10体積%から20体積%の酸素濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃料がスラグ燃焼器気体流出物のうちの少なくとも一部を含有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃料及び前記第2酸化剤混合物が1.4から3の当量比で導入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
