ショアA硬度が85、MFIが210℃、2.16kpで17、および溶融範囲が170〜184℃(コフラーヒーターベンチ)のポリエステルベースの熱可塑性ポリウレタンの類からなる乾燥した(水分0.1%未満)ポリマーを、溶融紡糸技術で紡糸し、1つの繊維平面状成形物にする。繊維平面状成形物は、15g/m2の単位面積あたり重量を有する。
ショアA硬度が85、MFIが210℃、2.16kpで17、および溶融範囲が170〜184℃(コフラーヒーターベンチ)のポリエステルベースの熱可塑性ポリウレタンの類からなる乾燥した(水分0.1%未満)ポリマーを、溶融紡糸技術で紡糸し、1つの繊維平面状成形物にする。この繊維平面状成形物は、15g/m2の単位面積あたり重量を有する。

ショアA硬度が85、MFIが210℃、2.16kpで17、および溶融範囲が170〜184℃(コフラーヒーターベンチ)のポリエステルベースの熱可塑性ポリウレタンの類からなる(水分0.1%未満の)ポリマーを、溶融紡糸技術で繊維に紡糸する。この繊維を、水噴射固化された、それぞれ1.7dtexを有するステープル繊維(PA85%/PES15%)からなる18g/m2のステープル繊維不織布上に置き、続いて、固化されたステープル繊維不織布からなる2層の成形物を、再度水噴射技術を利用して固化する。この繊維平面状成形物は、33g/m2の単位面積あたりの重量を有する。
Claims (12)
- 溶融紡糸繊維からなる少なくとも1つの層と繊維材料からなる少なくとも1つの別の層とを含む繊維製品業界で使用するための不織布からなる固定可能な芯材であって、前記芯材が少なくとも部分領域で接着材を備えている芯材であって、
前記溶融紡糸繊維が、弾性繊維材料からなり、前記繊維材料からなる少なくとも1つの層が、ステープル繊維からなる繊維材料からなり、前記弾性溶融紡糸繊維からなる少なくとも1つの層と前記ステープル繊維からなる少なくとも1つの層とが、未固化の繊維平面状成形物として重ね合せて置かれ、続いて、公知の固化ステップを利用して固化されている、固定可能な芯材。 - 前記繊維材料が、大部分の割合で、化学繊維および/または天然繊維からなるステープル繊維からなる、請求項1に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記化学繊維が、165℃を超える融点を有する、請求項2に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記化学繊維が、ポリエステルおよび/もしくはポリアミドまたはそれらの成分からなる繊維混合物からなる単成分および/または多成分繊維を含む、請求項3に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記弾性繊維が、165℃を超える、好ましくは170℃を超える融点を有する弾性ポリマーを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記弾性ポリマーがショアA軟度98未満を有する、請求項5に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記弾性ポリマーが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの群からなる化合物および/またはポリエステルブロックコポリアミドおよび/または弾性コポリエステル、特にコポリエーテルエステルをベースとする化合物を含む、請求項5または6に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、脂肪族または芳香族として構成されているる、請求項7に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、またはポリカブロラクトンをベースとする、請求項7または8に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記ステープル繊維が、繊維繊度2.5dtex未満を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記ステープル繊維からなる未固化の繊維平面状成形物が、1〜100g/m2の範囲の単位面積あたり重量を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の固定可能な芯材。
- 前記溶融紡糸弾性繊維からなる未固化の繊維平面状成形物が、5〜200g/m2の範囲の単位面積あたり重量を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の固定可能な芯材。
