Claims (14)
- トルクの伝達が、当該変速機の出力軸から直接にスピンドルに対して行われ、
変速機出力部とスピンドルとの間に、冷却流体、エマルジョン、オイル、または、空気の伝達装置として、回転伝達貫通案内部(Drehdurchfuehrung)を備えている、
という工作機械変速機、特にはスピンドル変速機、において、
当該回転伝達貫通案内部(14)が、スピンドル(6)内に一体化されている
ことを特徴とする工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)は、スピンドル(6)内に一体化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)は、二つのシーリングワッシャ(17、18)を有しており、それらは、シール部として作用し、かつ、回転数差の吸収のための装置としても作用し、
一方のシーリングワッシャ(18)は、エンジン側のシーリングワッシャとして形成されており、
他方のシーリングワッシャ(17)は、スピンドル側のシーリングワッシャとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)内に、前記シーリングワッシャ(17、18)を圧縮する装置が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記シーリングワッシャ(17、18)を圧縮する前記装置は、バネとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)内に、何らの媒体も流れない時に前記シーリングワッシャ(17、18)を離しておく装置、が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記シーリングワッシャ(17、18)を離しておく前記装置は、バネとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記変速機が遊星歯車装置を有している場合、前記エンジン側のシーリングワッシャ(18)は、管(Rohr)(15)、太陽歯車(4)及びハブ(19)を介して、エンジン軸ないし駆動軸(2)に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記スピンドル側のシーリングワッシャ(17)は、スピンドル(6)内に直接に、あるいは、ある追加の結合部材内に、配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)のハウジングは、軸受(20)によって軸支されており、
当該軸受(20)は、玉軸受、転がり軸受、滑り軸受またはハイドローリック軸受として形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)には、管(Rohr)(21)が設けられており、それは、一方では軸受シート(Lagersitz)として、他方では、シールとして作用するラジアル軸シールリング(Radialwellendichtringe)またはギャップシール(Spaltdichtung)の受容部(Aufnahme)として、作用するようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記回転伝達貫通案内部(14)は、逆止弁(23)を有しており、
当該逆止弁(23)は、無圧状態での、供給管ないし管(15)及び結合管の空状態(Leerlaufen)
を防止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。 - 前記逆止弁(23)は、無圧状態では、バネによって維持される
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の工作機械変速機。 - 出力軸(3)のスピンドル(6)との結合は、その内側歯を介して出力軸(3)及びスピンドル(6)の対応する外側歯と係合する固形の(starre)スリーブ(16)を介して、フェザーキーを介して、または、噛み合い結合(formschluessig)や接着結合(Kraftschluessig)のクラッチを介して、なされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の工作機械変速機。
