Abstract
【解決手段】 基材101は、2つの側部と、2つの側部間に延びるボアと、ボアを貫通して延びると共に2つの側部それぞれの上にフランジ105aおよび105cを持つ一体圧縮ワイヤメッシュ・アイソレータとを有している。フランジ105aおよび105cのそれぞれは、それが対応する側部上にて、ボアよりも大きい直径を持っている。

Claims (18)
- 2つの側部と、前記2つの側部間に延びるボアと、前記ボアを貫通して延びると共に前記2つの側部それぞれの上にフランジを持つ一体圧縮ワイヤメッシュ・アイソレータとを有し、
各フランジは、対応する側部上にて、前記ボアよりも大きい直径を持っていることを特徴とする基材。 - 前記アイソレータは、ボア付きである請求項1に記載の基材。
- 前記アイソレータは、ボア無しである請求項1に記載の基材。
- 前記基材は、断熱材である請求項2に記載の基材。
- 前記アイソレータは、前記ボア内のスペーサを含む請求項2に記載の基材。
- 前記アイソレータは、前記ボア内のグロメットを含む請求項2に記載の基材。
- 基材のボアに一体ワイヤメッシュ・アイソレータを作成する方法であって、
圧縮していない、もしくは、部分的に圧縮したワイヤメッシュ・スリーブを前記ボア内のマンドレル上に、該ワイヤメッシュ・スリーブの一部が前記ボアの各側から延びるように、位置決めするステップと;
金型キャビティを得るべく、前記ボアの各側に前記基材と突き当たる外部スリーブを設けるステップと、
各スリーブ内にそれぞれタンプを用意するステップと、
前記基材の各側で前記ボアよりも大きい圧縮メッシュ・フランジを有するアイソレータになるように前記ワイヤメッシュ・スリーブを圧縮すべく、各前記タンプを相互に向かって前進させるステップとを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ワイヤメッシュ・スリーブ内にマンドレルを用意するステップと、アイソレータをボア付きブッシュとして得るべく、圧縮中に前記マンドレルを前記スリーブ内に維持するステップとをさらに有する請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤメッシュ・スリーブに、この内部に配置されるように、スペーサを設ける請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤメッシュ・スリーブに、この内部に配置されるように、管状部分を持つグロメットを設ける請求項7に記載の方法。
- 基材のボア内にワイヤメッシュ・アイソレータを作成する装置であって、
前記基材を所望の方向で支持する手段と、
前記ボアの軸に沿って同軸に該ボアへ向かっておよび前記ボアから離れて動作可能な対向する上側および下側の外部スリーブと、
前記ボアの軸に沿って前記上側スリーブ内を滑動可能な上側タンプと、
前記ボアの軸に沿って前記下側スリーブ内を滑動可能であると共に該ボアの軸に沿った中心ボアを持つ下側タンプと、
前記ボアの軸に沿って前記下側タンプの前記中心ボア内を滑動可能なマンドレルとを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記両タンプの1つは、楔形部分を含む端部を持っている請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記マンドレルは、所定の直径を持つと共に、該直径よりも大きい直径を持つ部分に対して肩部によって接続された先端部分を含む請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記肩部は、面取りされている請求項13に記載の装置。
- プラットフォームと、
それぞれ別個のハウジングに配置された複数の請求項11に記載の装置と、
各ハウジングに取り付けられ、それぞれ前記プラットフォームに取り外し可能に固定された少なくとも1つの足部とを有することを特徴とするプレス機。 - 各装置は、前記スリーブ、前記タンプ、および前記マンドレル用の空気圧シリンダを含む請求項15に記載のプレス機。
- 前記装置の循環を制御するマイクロプロセッサをさらに有し、各ハウジングは、前記マイクロプロセッサに接続する制御ケーブルをさらに備える請求項16に記載のプレス機。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記プラットフォーム上に位置決め可能にされている請求項15に記載のプレス機。
