Claims (8)
- 油噴射式圧縮機、殊に油噴射式スクリュ圧縮機であって、圧縮空気を形成するためにモータ運転される圧縮機ユニット(1)が設けられており、該圧縮機ユニット(1)が、油循環路(5)と協働して潤滑されるようになっており、前記油循環路(5)に、油を圧縮空気から分離するための油分離装置(6)が後置されており、油を含んだ圧縮空気の油分離装置(6)への進入の領域に、自動復帰式の温度スイッチ(11)が、流入する空気・油混合物の最大温度限界の到達時に、圧縮機ユニット(1)を停止させるために設けられている形式のものにおいて、油分離装置(6)の内側領域に、少なくとも1つの非自動復帰式の付加的な温度スイッチ(12)が設けられており、該付加的な温度スイッチ(12)が、油分離装置(6)内に含まれている油を含む圧縮空気の燃焼または爆発に基づき、圧縮機ユニット(1)を即座に停止させることを特徴とする、油噴射式圧縮機。
- 付加的な温度スイッチ(12)が、ヒューズの形式で構成されており、これによって圧縮機ユニット(1)の再起動が、専門家による修理の後で初めて保証される、請求項1記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
- 油分離装置(6)の内側領域に配置された付加的な温度スイッチ(12)が、油分離装置(6)から流出する圧縮空気の速い流れ速度の領域に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
- 付加的な温度スイッチ(12)が、出口側の保圧弁(13)と、油分離装置(6)の前置されたファインセパレータ(9)との間の領域の圧縮空気流内に配置されている、請求項3記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
- 付加的な温度スイッチ(12)が、保圧弁(13)の直後の領域の圧縮空気流内に出口側で配置されている、請求項3記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
- 付加的な温度スイッチ(12)の作動時に、消火剤が油分離装置(6)の内側領域に圧入される、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
- 最適な表示手段が、付加的な温度スイッチ(12)の作動を合図し、これによって、爆発による油分離装置(6)の修理の必要性が告げられる、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
- 圧縮機ユニットが、それぞれ後置された油分離装置を備えた多段式の圧縮機ユニットとして構成されており、各圧縮機段の油分離装置に付加的な温度スイッチが設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の油噴射式圧縮機。
