Abstract
Description
本発明は、参照によって本願明細書に援用する2005年1月13日出願の米国仮特許出願第60/643,564号に関し、その優先権を主張する。

Claims (10)
- ハブスピンドルを有するハブ軸受アセンブリと、
前記ハブ軸受アセンブリに動作可能に連結されて、前記ハブスピンドルを回転駆動する差動遊星歯車駆動機構と、
前記差動遊星歯車駆動機構を同軸に取り囲む電気モータであって、
前記差動遊星歯車駆動機構に動作可能に連結されて、前記差動遊星歯車駆動機構を回転駆動するところの電気モータと
備える車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。 - 前記電気モータが、前記差動遊星歯車駆動機構の従動部品に動作可能に連結された回転子と、固定支持構造体に動作可能に連結された固定子とを含む、請求項1に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。
- 前記差動遊星歯車駆動機構が、駆動リング歯車、固定リング歯車、キャリアおよび一組の遊星歯車群からなり、
前記駆動リング歯車が、前記ハブスピンドルに動作可能に連結され、
前記固定リング歯車が、固定支持構造体に動作可能に連結され、そして、
前記キャリアが、前記駆動リング歯車および前記固定リング歯車に係合する前記一組の遊星歯車群を支持することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。 - 前記一組の遊星歯車群の各遊星歯車群が、前記駆動リング歯車に係合する第1の遊星歯車と、前記固定リング歯車に係合する第2の遊星歯車とを含む、請求項3に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。
- 遊星歯車群における前記第1の遊星歯車および前記第2の遊星歯車の各々が、共通軸の周りを回転するために、相互に動作可能に連結されている、請求項4に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。
- トルクを前記駆動リング歯車からこれと同軸に配置された軸に伝達するように構成された複数のスポークによって、前記駆動リング歯車が前記軸に連結されており、そして、
前記軸が前記ハブスピンドルに動作可能に連結されている、請求項3に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。 - 前記スポークがそれぞれ可撓性を有している、請求項7に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。
- 前記複数のスポークが、前記軸と前記従動リング歯車との間の軸心の不整合を吸収するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。
- 固定支持構造体に動作可能に連結されたハウジングを更に備え、
前記ハブスピンドルが軸受によって前記ハウジング内に支持されており、
前記差動遊星歯車駆動機構が前記ハウジングに動作可能に連結されており、そして、
前記電気モータが前記ハウジングに動作可能に連結されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両ホイールハブ駆動システム。
