技术领域
本发明总体上涉及车辆的车轮轮毂驱动装置,具体地讲,涉及一种集成电动机的轮毂驱动装置,其将电动机、无恒星齿轮的差速行星齿轮驱动装置以及轮毂轴承组件组合在一起,用于提供一种紧凑的高齿轮减速电动轮毂驱动系统。
背景技术
轮毂驱动装置广泛的应用于摆动、提升、最终驱动装置以及车轮驱动装置。随着电气化的发展趋势,将会大量需求应用电动机的高减速比轮毂驱动装置。高减速比轮毂驱动装置提供更大的变扭杠杆作用,允许驱动电动机减小尺寸。目前存在多种轮毂驱动装置。两级行星齿轮驱动装置是轮毂驱动装置的一个典型例子。它们通常设计复杂并且不能够与电动机充分一体化,因此无法满足节省空间和重量的要求。
因此,工业上需要一种集成电动机的紧凑的轮毂驱动装置,能够有利地在车轮轮毂内部节约空间以及减轻重量。
发明内容
简单地讲,本发明提出了一种集成电动机的轮毂驱动装置,其将电动机、无恒星齿轮的差速行星齿轮驱动装置以及轮毂轴承组件组合在一起,用于提供一种紧凑的高齿轮减速电动轮毂驱动系统。
本发明前述的以及其它的目的、特征和优点,以及其中将要提到的优选实施方式,会在下面结合附图的描述中变得更加清楚。

具体实施方式
下面将通过实施例详细描述本发明,但是本发明并不限制于该实施例。说明书以清楚的方式使得本领域的技术人员实现和应用本发明,描述了本发明的一些实施例、改动、变化、可选方式以及使用,包括目前认为的本发明的最佳实施方式。
参照图1和图2,图中示出了高比率电动轮毂驱动装置1相对于车轮轮辋50的操作关系,该电动轮毂驱动装置1包括:轮毂轴承子组件10、行星齿轮子组件20以及电动机子组件30。
参照图3,轮毂轴承子组件10包括轮毂轴11、与驱动轴28螺接的紧固螺母12、双列组装轴承13以及壳体14。轮毂轴11通过组装轴承13同轴支撑在壳体14内,所述壳体14又通过其安装法兰部分固定在支撑结构例如车辆(图未示)上。
行星齿轮子组件20包括驱动齿圈21、静止齿圈22以及支撑一套行星齿轮组24的托架23。每一个行星齿轮组24包括两个行星齿轮24a和24b,所述两个行星齿轮通过销轴25穿过一套轴承支撑在托架23上。托架23通过同轴轴承26支撑在静止齿圈22上。驱动齿圈21耦联到花键驱动轴28,花键驱动轴配合到轮毂轴11中并驱动轮毂轴11。驱动齿圈21通过一组细轮辐29耦联到花键驱动轴28,轮辐能够从齿圈传递相当大的扭矩到花键驱动轴28,并且轮辐又具有足够的柔性,以允许驱动齿圈21与花键驱动轴28之间存在一定程度的轴向错位。静止齿圈22通过支撑板34刚性地固定到壳体14。
电动机子组件30包括耦联到托架23的转子31、置于转子31周边的定子32以及电动机壳33,电动机壳与支撑定子32的壳体14成为一体。转子31支撑在转子轴38上。转子轴38的一端稳固地固定在托架23上,转子轴连同托架23通过轴承26支撑在静止齿圈22上。转子轴38的另一端通过尾部轴承36支撑在驱动轴28上。定子32具有一套线圈39并且固定在电动机壳33上。电动机壳的后端安装在静止齿圈22的支撑板34上,并且罩杯35通过螺栓轴向连接在支撑板34上用于密封轴承26。
当供电时,电动机子组件30的转子31绕X轴转动,驱动转子轴38以及托架23和行星齿轮组24同速转动。由于行星齿轮组24中的行星齿轮24a和24b分别与齿圈22和齿圈21啮合,因此在两个齿圈21和22之间形成了转动差。因为齿圈22通过支撑板34和电动机壳33固定在壳体14上,即使当转子轴38和托架23的转速很高时,齿圈21和轮毂11的转速很低。因此取得转子31和轮毂11的高减比。减速比通过下面式子给出:
SR = K 2 K 2 - K 1
其中:
K 1 = N A 1 N P 1 ; K 2 = N A 2 N P 2
NA1=齿圈22的齿数,
NA2=齿圈21的齿数,
NP1=行星齿轮24a的齿数,以及
NP2=行星齿轮24b的齿数。
轮毂11和齿圈21的驱动轴28稳固地通过轴承13支撑,所述轴承13可以是高承受力的两列轴承。轮毂11于是能够承受大量径向、轴向以及组合的外部载荷,例如通常在车轮端应用中见到,在此轮辋50以及关联的制动结构直接安装到轮毂11上,如图1-3所示。由轮毂轴承子组件在重外部载荷下引起的挠曲导致的齿圈21与驱动轴28之间的错位能够通过放射状轮辐29的弯曲得到适应。于是保持了在齿圈21和行星齿轮24b之间的合适啮合。
本领域中的普通技术人员承认此处说明的本发明的实施方式能够在不脱离本发明范围的条件下做出改动,即,高度一体的齿轮和轮毂轴承组件提供独特的设置,允许高比率差动齿轮同轴置于电动机内部,使得组件高度紧凑并且提供高速比。可挠曲的轮辐在允许传递大驱动扭矩的同时适应错位。
考虑到以上说明,可以看到已经达到本发明的数个目的并且取得了其它有利的结果。由于在不脱离本发明的范围下可以对上述构造做出改动,因此期望包含在所有上面的描述或者附图示出的内容都应当解释为说明性的,而不是作为限制来理解。

Claims (10)

1.一种车轮轮毂驱动系统,其包括:
轮毂轴承组件,所述轮毂轴承组件包括轮毂轴;
差速行星齿轮驱动装置,所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置以可操作方式与所述轮毂轴承组件连接用于以旋转方式驱动所述轮毂轴;以及
电动机,所述电动机同轴包围所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置,所述电动机以可操作方式耦联到所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置,用于以旋转方式驱动所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中所述电动机包括转子,所述转子以可操作方式耦联到所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置的驱动部件;以及
定子,所述定子以可操作方式耦联到固定支撑结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置包括驱动齿圈、静止齿圈、托架以及一套行星齿轮组;
其中所述驱动齿圈以可操作方式耦联到所述轮毂轴;
其中所述静止齿圈以可操作方式耦联到固定支撑结构;以及
其中所述托架支撑所述一套行星齿轮组并与所述驱动齿圈以及所述静止齿圈啮合。
4.如权利要求3所述车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中所述一套行星齿轮组中的每一个行星齿轮组包括与所述驱动齿圈啮合的第一行星齿轮,以及与所述静止齿圈啮合的第二行星齿轮。
5.如权利要求4所述车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中所述行星齿轮驱动装置在所述电动机与所述轮毂轴之间提供转速减速比,该减速比通过下列等式给出:
SR = K 2 K 2 - K 1
其中:
K 1 = N A 1 N P 1 ; K 2 = N A 2 N P 2
NA1=所述静止齿圈的齿数,
NA2=所述驱动齿圈的齿数,
NP1=在每个所述行星齿轮组中的所述第一行星齿轮的齿数,以及
NP2=在每个所述行星齿轮组中的所述第二行星齿轮的齿数。
6.如权利要求4所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中行星齿轮组中每一个所述第一和第二行星齿轮以可操作方式耦联在一起用于围绕共同轴线转动。
7.如权利要求3所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中所述驱动齿圈通过多个轮幅耦联到同轴对齐的轴,用以从所述驱动齿圈向所述轴传递扭矩;并且所述轴以可操作方式耦联到所述轮毂轴。
8.如权利要求7所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中每一个所述轮辐是柔性的。
9.如权利要求7所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,其中所述多个轮辐构造成适应所述轴与所述被驱动齿圈之间的轴向错位。
10.如权利要求1所述的车轮轮毂驱动系统,进一步包括壳体,所述壳体以可操作方式耦联到静止支撑结构;
所述轮毂轴通过轴承支撑在所述壳体内部;
所述差速行星齿轮驱动装置以可操作方式耦联到所述壳体;以及
所述电动机以可操作方式耦联到所述壳体。
