背景技术
上述类型的装置例如在文献DE 102 14 637 A1中描述。DE 102 14 637 A1公开了一种混合动力驱动器,所述混合动力驱动器基本上同心地围绕驱动轴具有行星齿轮驱动器、至少一个电动机和至少一个机械驱动器,其中行星齿轮驱动器可由电动机和/或由机械驱动器驱动。

泵装置1具有泵15、机械驱动器2、电驱动器3和行星齿轮变速器4(图1)。
泵装置1的机械驱动器2和电驱动器3经由行星齿轮变速器4彼此耦联。行星齿轮变速器4具有包括齿圈9、太阳轮10以及三个行星轮11的常规构造(图1,图3)。
机械驱动器2经由机动车的内燃机实现。内燃机经由皮带轮12与行星齿轮变速器4、更确切地说与行星齿轮变速器4的齿圈9以驱动作用的方式连接(图1)。
电驱动器3经由电机实现。电机具有构成为空心轴的转子轴5、转子13和定子19。转子13与转子轴5一体地构成(图1,图2,图6)。

在转子轴5上在环周上均匀间隔开地构成有三个安装开口14(图4,图5)。经由所述安装开口14能够将由转子轴5、转子13、太阳轮10和滚珠轴承6构成的整个组件借助于适合的安装工具以简单的方式和方法安置在泵装置之内,而在此滚珠轴承6不强烈地受到机械负荷。
泵装置的滚珠轴承6在所述泵装置的壳体7上设置成,使得第一间距a、即在滚珠轴承6和电驱动器3之间的间距小于第二间距b、即在滚珠轴承6和行星齿轮变速器4之间的间距(图6)。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于机动车的泵装置(1),包括:
-至少一个机械驱动器(2),
-至少一个电驱动器(3),
-至少一个行星齿轮变速器(4),
-泵驱动轴(16),以及
-泵(15),
其中所述机械驱动器(2)和所述电驱动器(3)经由所述行星齿轮变速器(4)彼此耦联,其中所述电驱动器(3)具有转子轴(5),所述转子轴构成为空心轴,
其特征在于,
所述转子轴(5)一方面经由滚珠轴承(6)支承在所述泵装置(1)的壳体(7)上并且另一方面支承在所述行星齿轮变速器(4)的变速器级(8)中,并且所述泵驱动轴(16)至少部分地设置在所述泵装置(1)的壳体(7)中,所述泵驱动轴(16)的一端部连接至所述泵(15)的泵叶轮(17),并且所述泵驱动轴(16)的另一端部伸到所述转子轴(5)中以插入到所述转子轴(5)中,其中所述电驱动器(3)的所述转子轴(5)在环周上具有至少一个安装开口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述行星齿轮变速器(4)具有齿圈(9)、太阳轮(10)以及三个行星齿轮(11),其中所述电驱动器(3)的所述转子轴(5)抗扭地与所述行星齿轮变速器(4)的所述太阳轮(10)连接,并且所述转子轴(5)经由所述行星齿轮(11)的齿隙支撑在所述行星齿轮变速器(4)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泵装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述机械驱动器(2)具有皮带轮(12),其中所述皮带轮(12)以驱动作用的方式与所述行星齿轮变速器(4)的所述齿圈(9)连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的泵装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述机械驱动器(2)具有皮带轮(12),其中所述皮带轮(12)构成为,使得其构成所述行星齿轮变速器(4)的所述齿圈(9)。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的泵装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述电驱动器(3)具有转子,其中所述转子(13)和所述滚珠轴承(6)抗扭地与所述转子轴(5)连接。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的泵装置(1),
其特征在于,
第一间距(a)、即在所述滚珠轴承(6)和所述电驱动器(3)之间的间距小于第二间距(b)、即在所述滚珠轴承(6)和所述行星齿轮变速器(4)之间的间距。
