Abstract

Claims (10)
- 冷却すべき媒体によって貫流される少なくとも1つの冷却剤案内装置(1)、特に、パイプのような多数の冷却剤案内装置(61−69)を有するクーラー、特に自動車のためのクーラーにおいて、
冷却剤案内装置(1)が、2つの部分、特に半体(11、12)から一体的に形成されており、前記半体が冷却剤案内装置(1)の長手方向に延びる曲げエッジ(8)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とするクーラー。 - 冷却剤案内装置(1)が、ほぼ矩形のプレート(4)から形成され、前記プレートが曲げエッジ(8)によって2つの細長い半体(11、12)に分割されて、それら半体が互いに折り合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクーラー。
- プレート(4)が、プレート表面に対して隆起した、一周する端縁(15)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクーラー。
- 一周する端縁(15)が、曲げエッジ(8)を有する切断点において中断されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のクーラー。
- 2つのプレート半体(11、12)が、折り合わされた状態で、一周する端縁(15)において互いに添接していることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のクーラー。
- プレート半体(11、12)の端部に、それぞれ結合短管(22−24)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載のクーラー。
- 各プレート半体(11;12)に多数の隆起部(41、42;45、46)が形成されており、前記隆起部が、プレート半体(11;12)が折り合わされた状態において互いに添接することを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載のクーラー。
- 2つの折り合わされたプレート半体(11、12)の間に、乱流挿入片(50)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載のクーラー。
- 複数の冷却剤案内装置(61−69)が互いに積み重ねられており、かつ
2つの冷却剤案内装置(61、62;62、63)の間にそれぞれ空気案内装置(111;112)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のクーラー。 - 冷却剤案内装置(61−69)と空気案内装置(110から112)が同一の薄板材料、特にアルミニウム薄板から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のクーラー。
