Description
次に続く非限定的な実施例では、次の試験方法を用いて様々な報告される特性および性質を測定した。ASTMは米国材料試験協会(American Society of Testing Materials)を意味する。ISOは国際標準化機構(International Standards Organization)を意味する。TAPPIはパルプ製紙業界技術協会(Technical Association of Pulp and Paper Industry)を意味する。

この実施例は、シートが本発明に従ってコートされ、金属化された時に、低い通気性を有する水分透過性不織シートの水蒸気透過性が実質的に変化しないことを実証する。

Claims (25)
- 金属化複合シートであって、
水蒸気透過性シート層であって、第1および第2外面、ならびに少なくともシート層の前記第1外面上の少なくとも1つの多層コーティングを有し、シート層が不織布、織布、不織布−フィルムラミネート、織布−フィルムラミネート、水蒸気透過性フィルムおよびそれらの複合体の少なくとも1つを含んでなり、水蒸気透過性シート層の第1外面が微小穿孔フィルム、織布および不織布よりなる群から選択された多孔質シートであり、前記多層コーティングが、
シート層の第1外面に隣接した約15ナノメートル〜200ナノメートルの厚さを有する第1金属コーティング層と、
金属層上に蒸着された約0.2マイクロメートル〜2.5マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、有機ポリマー、有機オリゴマーおよびそれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択された材料を含有する組成物の外側有機コーティング層と
を含んでなる水蒸気透過性シート層
を含んでなり、
複合シートのMVTRが金属およびコーティング層を蒸着させる前に測定されたシート層のMVTRの少なくとも約80%である金属化複合シート。 - 前記多層コーティングが、
シート層と金属コーティング層との間に、水蒸気透過性シート層の第1外面上に蒸着された約0.02マイクロメートル〜2マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、有機ポリマー、有機オリゴマーおよびそれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択された材料を含有する組成物の中間有機コーティング層
をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シートであって、
中間および外側有機コーティング層の組み合わせた全厚さが約2.5マイクロメートル以下である金属化複合シート。 - 外側有機コーティング層が約0.2マイクロメートル〜1マイクロメートルの厚さを有し、そして中間有機コーティング層が約0.02マイクロメートル〜1マイクロメートルの厚さを有し、そして有機コーティング層の組み合わせた全厚さが約1.5マイクロメートル以下である、請求項2に記載の金属化複合シート。
- シート層の第2外面上に蒸着された、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の第2多層コーティングをさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シートであって、有機コーティング層の組み合わせた全厚さが約2.5マイクロメートル以下である金属化複合シート。
- 多層コーティングが、孔を実質的にカバーされないままにして多孔質シートの外面を実質的にカバーする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 少なくとも約20cmH2Oの静水頭および少なくとも約35g/m2/24時間のMVTRを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 約0.12以下の輻射率を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 金属がアルミニウム、銀、銅、金、錫、亜鉛、およびそれらの合金よりなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 金属がアルミニウムである、請求項8に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 水蒸気透過性シート層が不織布を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 水蒸気透過性シートがスパンボンド布、スパンボンド−メルトブローン布、スパンボンド−メルトブローン−スパンボンド布、フラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シート、およびそれらの複合体よりなる群から選択された不織布である、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 前記水蒸気透過性シート層の第1面が穿孔フィルムである、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 水蒸気透過性シート層が織られたテープの織布を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 水蒸気透過性シートが不織布−フィルムラミネートおよび織布−フィルムラミネートよりなる群から選択され、そしてフィルムが微小孔性フィルム、穿孔フィルムおよび非多孔質水蒸気透過性フィルムよりなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 外側有機コーティング層が架橋ポリアクリレートを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 中間および外側有機コーティング層がそれぞれ架橋ポリアクリレートを含んでなる、請求項2または3に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 水蒸気透過性シート層がフラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シートを含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シート。
- フラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シートがスパンボンド不織布に積層され、そして多層コーティングがフラッシュ紡糸シート上に蒸着される、請求項17に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 外側有機コーティング層がフッ素化アクリレートオリゴマーを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 第1および第2外面ならびに少なくとも1つの多層コーティングを有する多孔質フラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シート層を含んでなる金属化複合シートであって、該多層コーティングが、
フラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シート層の第1外面上に蒸着された約15ナノメートル〜200ナノメートルの厚さを有する金属コーティング層であって、前記金属がアルミニウム、銀、銅、金、錫、亜鉛、およびそれらの合金から選択された層と、
金属層上に蒸着された約0.2マイクロメートル〜1マイクロメートルの厚さを有する架橋ポリアクリレートを含有する組成物の外側有機コーティング層と
を含んでなり、
多層コーティングが、孔を実質的にカバーされないままにしてフラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シートの外面を実質的にカバーする金属化複合シート。 - 第1および第2外面ならびに少なくとも1つの多層コーティングを有する多孔質フラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シート層を含んでなる金属化複合シートであって、該多層コーティングが、
前記フラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シート層の第1外面上に蒸着された約0.02マイクロメートル〜1マイクロメートルの厚さを有する架橋ポリアクリレートを含有する組成物の中間有機コーティング層と、
前記中間有機コーティング層上に蒸着された約15ナノメートル〜200ナノメートルの厚さを有する金属コーティング層であって、前記金属がアルミニウム、銀、銅、金、錫、亜鉛、およびそれらの合金から選択された層と、
金属層上に蒸着された約0.2マイクロメートル〜1マイクロメートルの厚さを有する架橋ポリアクリレートを含有する組成物の外側有機コーティング層と
を含んでなり、
多層コーティングが、孔を実質的にカバーされないままにしてフラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状シートの外面を実質的にカバーする金属化複合シート。 - 中間コーティング層が約0.025マイクロメートル〜0.2マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項21に記載の金属化複合シート。
- 請求項1、2、3、20または21のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シートを含んでなる建築構造での屋根システム。
- 請求項1、2、3、20または21のいずれか一項に記載の金属化複合シートを含んでなる建築構造での壁システム。
- 建物の壁または屋根に請求項1に記載の金属化複合シートを設置する工程を含んでなる建物を通り抜けるEMF放射線の透過の低減方法。
