由此,存在强烈的未决需求来提供一种织物以及用于制造该织物的方法,在该织物中,由潜在、相互影响的化学试剂赋予的多种性质,优选在低浓度下,甚至在薄和多孔织物中可容易地组合。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于制造非织造阻隔织物的方法,所述织物具有第一面和第二相反的面,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)通过气相或气溶胶沉积向织物的第一面施用底漆组合物,以在所述织物的第一面上形成所述底漆组合物的层,其中底漆组合物基本上不含氟化化合物,以及
(b)通过气相或气溶胶沉积向底漆组合物的层施用包含至少一种不饱和氟化化合物的阻隔组合物,以在底漆组合物的层上形成至少一个,并且优选一(1)至四(4)个,更优选二(2)或三(2)个所述阻隔组合物的层。
此外,本发明提供根据以上方法可得的织物。

本发明提供一种用于制造非织造阻隔织物的方法,所述织物具有第一面和第二相反的面,所述方法包括以下步骤:通过气相或气溶胶沉积向织物的第一面施用底漆组合物,以在织物的第一面上形成所述底漆组合物的层,其中所述底漆组合物基本上不含氟化化合物,以及通过气相或气溶胶沉积向底漆组合物的层施用包含至少一种不饱和氟化化合物的阻隔组合物,以在底漆组合物的层上形成至少一个,并且优选一(1)至四(4)个,更优选二(2)或三(3)个所述阻隔组合物的层。
由于通过气相或气溶胶沉积施用底漆层,所以底漆层的底漆组合物基本上仅存在于非织造阻隔织物的第一面上,并且不延伸入织物的孔或内部空隙中,而当使用其他不合适的沉积方法时将会如此。或者,非织造阻隔织物的内部基本上不含底漆组合物和阻隔组合物。
在本发明方法中不适于施用底漆组合物和阻隔组合物的示例性沉积方法是刮刀涂布、辊涂、丝网印刷、吻辊涂布、浸渍、浸泡等。
根据本发明的方法,合适的非织造阻隔织物可选自一种或多种天然或合成(人造)的纤维或细丝。
在非织造阻隔织物包括一种或多种天然纤维或细丝的情况中,这些可选自纤维素、棉、羊毛、丝绸、剑麻、亚麻布、亚麻、黄麻、洋麻、大麻、椰子、小麦、稻和/或它们的混合物。
在所述非织造阻隔织物包括一种或多种合成(人造)的纤维或细丝的情况下,这些可选自聚酰胺、聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚烯烃、和/或它们的混合物,

聚烯烃非织造织物可优选地选自聚乙烯非织造织物、聚丙烯非织造织物或混合的聚乙烯/聚丙烯非织造织物。

最优选地,根据本发明方法中的非织造阻隔织物是聚乙烯闪纺织物。
根据本发明方法中的非织造阻隔织物具有5g/m2至500g/m2、或甚至10g/m2至250g/m2、或甚至30g/m2至90g/m2的面密度。
根据本发明方法中的非织造阻隔织物可以是两个或更多个非织造织物的单层的组合。它可以是例如组合两种或更多种不同类型的织造或非织造织物的层合体,诸如例如至少一种聚乙烯非织造织物和至少一种聚丙烯非织造织物的层合体。本领域中已知的两种或更多种不同类型的非织造织物的层合体是SMS层合体,亦称为纺粘-熔喷-纺粘层合体。
根据本发明的方法包括以下步骤:优选通过气相或气溶胶沉积向非织造阻隔织物的第一面施用底漆组合物,以在织物的第一面上形成所述底漆组合物的层,其中底漆组合物基本上不含氟化化合物。或者,底漆组合物基本上仅含痕量的氟化化合物。
织物的第一面上的底漆组合物可以是适于赋予底漆功能和任选的一种或多种额外功能的任何组合物,并且可以按0.2至2克/平方米,并且优选以0.4至0.8克/平方米的量施用。

最优选地,所述至少一种具有至少一个烯属不饱和基团的可交联的单体化合物可以是丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、1.10-双(丙烯酰氧基)烷烃,诸如1.10-双(丙烯酰氧基)癸烷、或它们的混合物。
根据本发明的方法还包括以下步骤:优选通过气相或气溶胶沉积向底漆组合物的层施用包含至少一种不饱和氟化化合物的阻隔组合物,以在底漆组合物的层上形成至少一层,并且优选一至四层,更优选二或三层所述底漆组合物的层。
阻隔组合物可以是包含至少一种不饱和氟化化合物并适于赋予阻隔功能的任何组合物。
每个阻隔组合物的层中阻隔组合物的量可以为0.1至1克/平方米,并且更优选为0.4至0.8克/平方米。例如,在施用两个阻隔组合物层的情况下,阻隔组合物的总量为上述量的两倍,即0.2至2克,更优选为0.8至1.6克/平方米。
已发现通过将固定量的阻隔组合物施用到所述织物上可得到的织物的阻隔性质可出人意料地通过将所述固定量的阻隔组合物施用在多于一层中而提高。例如,以1.2克/平方米的量涂布有一个阻隔组合物层的织物的阻隔性质或排斥性评级出人意料地低于涂布有绝对量相同的阻隔组合物,但阻隔组合物的量在两层中各自分为0.6克/平方米的相同织物。另外说明,对于给定涂布量,优选具有较多的层数以得到改善的排斥性。
优选地,阻隔组合物还包含10至50重量%或10至35重量%的对于底漆组合物如上定义的至少一种可交联的单体化合物,所述重量百分比是基于阻隔组合物的总重量计。更优选地,包含在阻隔层中的至少一种可交联的单体化合物选自丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、1.10-双(丙烯酰氧基)烷烃,诸如1.10-双(丙烯酰氧基)癸烷或它们的混合物。

此类氟代(二)丙烯酸酯单体的具体示例是丙烯酸2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-十五氟辛酯;丙烯酸2-甲基-2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-十五氟辛醇酯;丙烯酸五氟乙酯;丙烯酸2-甲基-五氟苯基酯;2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯乙烯;丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯;丙烯酸2-甲基-2,2,2-三氟乙酯;2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-八氟-1,6,二丙烯酸己二醇酯和1,1,5,5-四氢全氟-1,5-戊二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。
上述类型的氟代(二)丙烯酸酯单体可以商品名或CAPSTONE从DuPont商购获得。
不饱和有机硅化合物可包含至少一种具有以下通式结构的有机硅(二)丙烯酸酯单体;

形成各自的底漆层和阻隔层的底漆组合物和阻隔组合物可任选包含抗微生物组合物、热反射组合物、阻燃组合物、油墨接收组合物、染色组合物、增稠组合物、粘合增进剂组合物、UV吸收性组合物、光学增白剂组合物、和/或它们的组合。
在本发明的方法中,在非织造阻隔织物的第一面上形成底漆组合物层的底漆组合物可通过气相或气溶胶沉积施用。
通过蒸气沉积施用底漆组合物可通过使底漆组合物在真空下蒸发,并使其在织物的第一面上冷凝,以形成底漆组合物的层,并随后固化所形成的底漆组合物的层。示例性的气相沉积方法描述于授予Sigma Laboratoriesof Arizona,Inc.的欧洲专利1618225。另选地,通过气溶胶沉积施用底漆组合物可通过被称为“常压等离子体液相沉积”(APPLD)的工艺实现,其在常压下在工艺气体中产生底漆组合物的气溶胶,使气溶胶暴露于合适的离子化等离子体放电,并将气溶胶取向到织物上。
由于在气相沉积和气溶胶沉积两者之中,只有所述非织造阻隔织物的第一面的表面纤维或细丝上涂布有底漆组合物,所以织物的透气性没有受到不利影响,即维持透气性。
在通过气相沉积施用底漆组合物的情况下,由此形成的底漆组合物的层在冷凝于织物的第一面上之后立即通过将其暴露于高能辐射,诸如例如可见光、红外线辐射(热)、紫外线辐射和/或电离辐射,诸如γ射线、X-射线或电子束而固化。

抗静电组合物的层包含至少一种抗静电剂,其非限制性地选自有机磷酸酯、碱金属、碱土金属或过渡金属的磷酸盐,诸如例如聚偏磷酸钾;烯基膦酸或其酯;烷基磺酸盐;脂肪酸盐;季铵;氯化钠;多元醇,诸如聚乙二醇;和/或它们的组合。优选地,所述至少一种抗静电剂是有机磷酸酯。
有机磷酸酯可选自包含以下各项的组:磷酸烷基酯,诸如单取代或二取代的磷酸正丙酯钾盐、单取代或二取代的磷酸异丁酯钾盐和/或它们的组合。有机磷酸酯可以商品名从Stepan Chemical(Northfield IL,US)商购获得。
底漆组合物和/或阻隔组合物还可包含至少一种颗粒物质,其具有0.5微米至50微米或0.5微米至15微米的平均粒径。在底漆组合物和阻隔组合物两者均包含至少一种颗粒物质的情况下,优选包含在底漆层中的颗粒物质的平均粒径大于包含在阻隔成中的颗粒物质的平均粒径。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述底漆组合物包含平均粒径为0.5微米至15微米,优选为2微米至10微米的颗粒物质,并且所述阻隔组合物包含平均粒径为0.5微米至15微米,优选0.5微米至2微米的颗粒物质。
在另一个优选的实施例中,所述阻隔组合物基本上不含颗粒物质,而所述底漆组合物包含平均粒径为0.5微米至50微米或0.5微米至15微米,优选2微米至10微米的颗粒物质。
所述颗粒物质可选自无机或有机材料,诸如例如二氧化钛、二氧化硅、交联的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、交联的苯胍胺甲醛树脂、交联的苯胍胺三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、交联的硅氧烷、以及它们的混合物。优选地,所述颗粒物质是交联的硅氧烷,诸如例如聚甲基倍半硅氧烷。所述颗粒物质可以1重量%至10重量%,更优选1重量%至5重量%的量包含在阻隔组合物或底漆组合物中,所述重量%是基于阻隔组合物或底漆组合物的总重量计的。
本发明还提供根据以上方法可得的阻隔织物,其具有第一面和第二相反的面,其包括在所述第一面上的底漆组合物层和在底漆组合物层上的至少一个,优选一至四个,更优选二或三个的阻隔组合物层,其中阻隔织物的内部(与表面相反)基本上不含底漆组合物或阻隔组合物。
在另一个实施例中,本发明提供根据上述方法可得的阻隔织物,其具有第一面和第二相反的面,其包括在所述第一面上的底漆组合物和在底漆组合物的层上的一至四个阻隔30组合物的层,并且还包括在所述第二相反的面上的抗静电组合物层。
实例
将标称基重为58克/平方米,以商品名1560B从Dupont商购获得的聚乙烯闪纺织物插入气相沉积装置中,并用不同的组合物组合的层涂布,将在下文中说明。幅材速度为100米/分钟,并在180℃下,在1.5×10-2mbar的压力下蒸发将在织物幅材上涂布的化合物。在沉积之后,在氩气中,在1.7×10-2mbar的压力下,由设定为10.3kV和1A的电子束固化涂层。组合物描述于表1中

由于气相沉积装置一次仅能够涂布一层聚乙烯闪纺织物,所以当施加多于一层时,对于待施加的各附加层,将经涂布的聚乙烯闪纺织物再次插入气相沉积装置中。然后测试样品织物对烃类的排斥性。排斥性评级根据AATCC测试方法118(2007)。排斥性评级越高,则对疏水性物质,例如烃类的排斥性越好。结果汇总于表2中。

如表2中可见,排斥性评级随着阻隔组合物的总量而提高,诸如例如在样品2(0.6g/m2的1个阻隔层,评级:1)和样品3(0.6g/m2的两个阻隔层,评级:3)之间所示。此外,可发现当阻隔层以更多层存在时,排斥性评级提高,诸如例如在样品3(0.6g/m2的两个阻隔层,评级:3)和样品6(0.4g/m2的三个阻隔层,评级:4))之间所示。此外,底漆层的存在影响对烃的排斥性,如当对比样品2(0.6g/m2的1个阻隔层,评级:1)至样品4(0.6g/m2的1个底漆层、0.6g/m2的1个阻隔层,评级:3)可发现的。组合底漆层和多个阻隔层的益处,即具有多个阻隔层的底漆层,如在样品5(0.6g/m2的1个底漆层,0.6g/m2的2个阻隔层,评级:5),得到优异的排斥性评级。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于制造非织造阻隔织物的方法,所述织物具有第一面和第二相反的面,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)向织物的第一面施用底漆组合物,以在所述织物的第一面上形成所述底漆组合物的层,其中所述底漆组合物基本上不含氟化化合物,以及
(b)通过气相或气溶胶沉积向底漆组合物的层施用包含至少一种不饱和氟化化合物的阻隔组合物,以在所述底漆组合物的层上形成一至四个所述阻隔组合物的层。
2.一种用于制造非织造阻隔织物的方法,所述织物具有第一面和第二相反的面,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)通过气相沉积或气溶胶沉积向所述织物的第一面施用底漆组合物,以在所述织物的第一面上形成所述底漆组合物的层,其中所述底漆组合物基本上不含氟化化合物,以及
(b)通过气相或气溶胶沉积向所述底漆组合物的层施用包含至少一种不饱和氟化化合物的阻隔组合物,以在所述底漆组合物的层上形成至少一个所述阻隔组合物的层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述至少一种不饱和氟化化合物包括至少一种具有以下通式结构的氟代(二)丙烯酸酯单体

(d)将抗静电组合物施用于所述织物的第二相反的面,以在所述织物的第二相反的面上形成所述抗静电组合物的层。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将所述底漆组合物以0.2至2克/平方米的量施用于所述织物。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中每个阻隔组合物的层中阻隔组合物的量为0.1至1克/平方米。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述底漆组合物和所述阻隔组合物包含至少一种颗粒物质,其具有0.5至50微米的平均粒度。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中包含在所述底漆层中的颗粒物质的平均粒径大于包含在所述阻隔层中的颗粒物质的平均粒径。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中所述颗粒物质包括交联的硅氧烷颗粒。
13.一种根据前述权利要求中任一项可获得的阻隔织物,其具有第一面和第二相反的面,所述阻隔织物包含在所述第一面上的底漆组合物的层和在底漆组合物的层上的至少一个阻隔组合物的层。
14.根据权利要求13所述的阻隔织物,其在所述织物的第二相反的面上具有抗静电组合物的层。
