背景技术
透湿气和透空气的金属化聚乙烯丛丝薄膜-原纤维片材(plexifilamentaryfilm-fibril sheet)已被用作房屋包裹材料(house wrap)来增加建筑物的隔热性。但是,由于手感差、抗皱性差和耐洗性差,这些片材不适用于服装。
发明内容
本文描述了用于穿着舒适且耐循环洗涤的服装、鞋类、帐篷和睡袋的透气复合织物。
在一个方面,层压织物包括内层、设置在内层上的金属化膜和设置在金属化膜上的外层。金属化膜包括含有聚合物的底层和沉积在底层的第一表面上的金属层。内层通过第一点接触被连接至金属化膜,外层通过第二点接触被连接至金属化膜。
在一些实施方案中,内层被连接至底层的第二表面。该第二表面与底层的第一表面相对。在一些实施方案中,外层被连接至金属层的表面。
在一些实施方案中,内层、底层、金属层和外层中的每一个具有至少500g/ m2/24小时的湿气透过率(MVTR)。 在一些实施方案中,内层的导热系数最多为0.6 W/m-K。内层可以包括机织织物(woven fabric)、针织织物(knit fabric)或非织造织物(non-wovenfabric)中的一种。内层可以包括合成材料或天然材料。在一些实施方案中,合成材料选自聚酯、尼龙、弹性纤维(elastane)、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乳酸或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中的一种或多种。

在一些实施方案中,底层的厚度小于约50微米或小于约25微米。
在一些实施方案中,底层的第一表面具有至少28%的镜面光泽度(speculargloss)。第二表面具有是第一表面的粗糙度至少两倍的粗糙度。
在一些实施方案中,金属化膜的湿气透过率至少为800 g/m2/24小时。在一些实施方案中,金属化膜和外层在9.5微米的波长下的组合发射率(emissivity)最多为0.85。
在一些实施方案中,设备包括织物。该设备可以是服装、鞋类、帐篷或睡袋中的一种。

本文所述的各种实施方案涉及用于服装和鞋类的透气复合织物。在一个实施方案中,透气复合织物包括内层、设置在内层上的金属化膜和设置在金属化膜上的外层。金属化膜包括含有聚合物的底层和沉积在底层的第一表面的金属层。内层通过第一点接触被连接至金属化膜,外层通过第二点接触被连接至金属化膜。金属层具有约10纳米至约200纳米的厚度。
现在将结合附图来解释实施方案。首先参考图1。图1是根据一个示例性实施方案的描述透气复合织物100的示意图。织物100包括内层102、设置在内层102上的金属化膜104和设置在金属化膜104上的外层106。金属化膜104包括底层108和沉积在底层108的第一表面108a上的金属层110。例如,金属层110可以通过金属气相沉积至底层108的第一表面108a上形成。内层102和金属化膜104通过第一点接触112相互连接。第一点接触112可以被配置成点阵。第一点接触112将内层102连接至底层108的第二表面108b。外层106和金属化膜104通过第二点接触114相互连接。第二点接触114可以被配置成点阵。第二点接触114将外层106连接至金属层110的表面。在图1所示的配置中,底层108被夹在内层102和金属层110之间。
图2是根据一个示例性实施方案的描绘另一种透气复合织物200的示意图。织物200与织物100相似但具有改变,其中金属层110被夹在内层102和底层108之间。在织物200中,第一点接触112将内层102连接至金属层110的表面。第二点接触114将外层106连接至底层108的第二表面108b。织物200的结构可以更好地防止金属层110在后续加工和使用过程中的划痕或其他意外损害。
内层102被配置成向透气复合织物100和200增加高透气性以制造穿着更舒适的服装和鞋类。内层102还被配置为在与适当的外层106结合时具有足够的强度以抵御反复的动态/机械动作(例如洗涤循环)。
在一些实施方案中,内层102具有至少500 g/m2/24小时的湿气透过率。在一些实施方案中,为了提供进一步的透气性,内层102具有至少750 g/m2/24小时、至少1000 g/m2/24 小时或至少1500 g/m2/24 小时的湿气透过率。在透气复合面料100和200中包括内层102还提供对人体的柔软的触感、良好的手感和悬垂性以便用于紧贴皮肤的应用。在一些实施方案中,内层102的厚度至少为60微米以在其使用寿命期间承受磨损和撕裂。根据透气复合织物100或200的应用位置,内层102的厚度可以变化。例如,内层102的厚度可以是约60微米到约2400微米、约60微米到约1500微米、约60微米到约1000微米、约60微米到约750微米或约60微米到约500微米。
在一些实施方案中,内层102包括机织织物、针织织物或非织造织物中的一种或多种。在一些实施方案中,内层102包括合成材料和/或天然材料。例如,用于内层102的合成材料选自聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚烯烃、聚乳酸、尼龙、弹性纤维和PTFE中的一种或多种。此外,用于内层102的天然材料可以包括棉、羊毛、丝、亚麻和其他天然纤维。
在一些实施方案中,织物100或200可以具有较低的导热系数,通常不超过0.1 W/m-K或最多0.6 W/m-K以尽量减少传导性热损失。
在一些实施方案中,内层102具有在ASTM(美国测试材料协会)D5035测试条件下至少45N/2.54cm的拉伸强度,在ASTM 2261测试条件下至少9N的撕裂强度,在ASTM D774测试条件下至少350kPa的顶破强度(Mullen burst)。
金属化膜104被提供为用于隔热目的的透气辐射屏障。出于这些目的,金属化膜104被配置为具有低发射率和高透气性。在一些情况下,金属化膜104任选地是防水的。金属化膜104可以被配置为透气IR反射层以通过辐射反射增强隔热性。
在一些实施方案中,金属化膜104的湿气透过率至少为500 g/m2/24小时。在一些实施方案中,为了提供进一步的透气性,金属化膜104可以具有至少800 g/m2/24小时、至少1000 g/m2/24小时、至少1500 g/m2/24小时、或至少2500 g/m2/24小时的湿气透过率。
在一些实施方案中,金属化膜104的底层108包括聚合物。为了有效地达到其目的,底层108的厚度小于约50微米、或小于25微米、或小于约20微米、或小于约15微米或小于约10微米。在一些实施方案中,底层106在9.5微米的波长下的红外透明度至少为约40%。在一些实施方案中,底层106在7-14微米的波长下的红外透明度为约40%至60%。
底层108的第一表面108a被配置成平坦的,其在底层108被金属化之后导致更有效的反射层。在一些实施方案中,底层108包括聚乙烯,其具有比许多常规织物材料低的熔点,使得其可以通过在较低的温度下压延(calendaring)获得更平坦的表面。在一些实施方案中,底层108可以包括一种或多种其他材料,例如聚氨酯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚酯、聚酰胺、ePTFE膜等。在一些实施方案中,底层108可以包括IR透明的基底(如聚烯烃),这是有利的,因为它最小地阻挡了沉积在底层108任一侧上的金属层110的反射率。底层108的结构被配置为最大化要反射回身体的热辐射,因为由于吸收最少的热量被消耗来加热底层108。在一些实施方案中,底层108可以是多孔的。
金属层110可以通过气相沉积或其他电镀技术形成在底层108上。例如,金属可以通过物理气相沉积(PVD)等方法(包括溅射、电子束沉积等)沉积在微孔底层108上。金属形成不连续层110以保持透气性/孔隙度。在一些实施方案中,金属层110可以包括铝、钛、银、金、铜、锌、镁、锗等中的一种或多种。在一些实施方案中,金属层110的厚度可以是约10纳米至约200纳米、约10纳米至约100纳米或约10纳米至约50纳米以便提供用于透气性的孔隙。考虑了其他金属和厚度,使得金属层110对波长为9.5微米的红外辐射的发射率不超过0.5。
在一些实施方案中,金属层110被配置为具有一定的厚度和表面覆盖率以提供由例如傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测定的在9.5微米波长处的0.76和0.97之间的反射率。在一些实施方案中,金属层110在9.5微米的波长下的反射率为0.8。
在一种情况下,被约100 nm的铝覆盖的纳米多孔聚乙烯和聚丙烯底层(约40%的孔隙率,16-25um的厚度)中的每一个可以达到至少2500g/m2/24小时的湿气透过率。它们在9.5微米的波长下的反射率在铝侧至少为0.97,在聚烯烃侧至少为0.87。
当与适当的内层102结合时,外层106被配置成坚固的,以抵抗反复的动态/机械作用(包括湿条件下的(例如机洗)和干条件下的(例如摩擦(rubbing)、摩擦脱色(crocking)和机器干燥))。
在一些实施方案中,外层106的湿气透过率为至少500 g/m2/24小时。在一些实施方案中,为了提供进一步的透气性,内层102具有至少750 g/m2/24小时、至少1000 g/m2/24小时或至少1500 g/m2/24小时的湿气透过率。
在一些实施方案中,外层106包括机织织物、针织织物、非织造织物、薄膜或膜中的一种。在一些实施方案中,外层106包括合成材料和/或天然材料。例如,用于外层106的合成材料选自聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚烯烃、聚乳酸、尼龙、弹性纤维和PTFE中的一种或多种。此外,用于外层106的天然材料可以包括棉、羊毛、丝、亚麻和其他天然材料。
在一些实施方案中,金属化膜104和外层106的组合发射率可以是最多0.85。这将保持金属化膜104在没有外层时大约45%的热阻。合适的发射率可以通过对外层106的多种选择得到。例如,当外层106用高IR透射率(例如聚烯烃)和薄(例如小于400微米)的材料制成时,外层106可以有高的覆盖系数(cover factor)(例如大于90%)。如本文所使用的,覆盖系数被定义为由固体成分(例如组成外层106的纱线或纤维)覆盖的表面积与织物总表面积的比率。对于低/非IR透明材料(如聚酯、尼龙、弹性纤维、聚氨酯、聚乳酸、PTFE、棉、羊毛、丝、亚麻等),外层106可以具有较低的覆盖系数(如大约或低于75%)以使得金属化反射片材104的一部分被暴露。对于低/非IR透明材料,超过90%的表面覆盖会导致组合发射率过高(>0.85)从而大大降低金属化片材104达到的热阻。
下文的表1总结了外层的材料选择与组合发射率(金属化片+外层)的关系。样品A-D是用相同的金属化片——铝化纳米多孔聚烯烃薄膜制备的,所述薄膜在9.5微米的波长下的反射率在铝侧为0.97,聚烯烃侧为0.87。样品A包括由非织造聚烯烃(IR透明)制成的外层,其厚度为0.16毫米。样品A的外层具有100%的覆盖系数。样品A的可接受的组合发射率为0.47-0.53。样品B与样品A相同,不同之处在于样品B在外层的表面包括涂层/抛光/印刷(小于6 g/m2)。样品B的可接受的组合发射率为0.58-0.78。样品C包括由聚酯全拉纱(FDY)(低IR透明度)针织而成的外层。样品C的外层的厚度为0.38毫米,覆盖系数为67-71%。样品C的可接受的组合发射率也为0.63。样品D包括由棉(IR不透明)制成的外层。样品D的外层的厚度为0.38毫米,覆盖系数为94%。由于使用了高覆盖系数的IR不透明材料,样品D的组合发射率为0.89也不合格。

图3是说明表1中所示样品A-D的热阻保持率和发射率的示意图。如图3所示,样品A-D的热阻保持率分别为69%、62%、47%和29%。
如表1所示,外层不限于单一成分的材料并且可以有薄的涂层/修饰。例如,样品B包括对复合材料的红外反射率影响不大的在0.16 mm聚乙烯非织造薄膜上的浅印花(例如,添加重量<6 g/m2)。在一些实施方案中,发现向红外透明材料中添加小量(<2%)的添加剂(例如彩色颜料)对复合材料的红外反射率也有不明显的影响。这些织物为制作服装、鞋类等提供了更多的灵活性和颜色/图案选择。
内层102和金属化膜104通过多个第一点接触112相互连接。在一些实施方案中,金属化膜104可以通过粘合剂(例如水基粘合剂、溶剂型粘合剂、热激活粘合剂或压力激活粘合剂)粘附在内层织物上。粘合剂被设置在内层102和金属化膜104中的一个或两个上以使它们粘在一起。粘合剂以不会显著降低透气复合织物100或200的透气性的方式施加。例如,这可以通过将粘合剂施加为点阵而非单片膜的第一点接触112来实现。

本发明还提供了红外反射型透气复合织物,其通过红外反射提供增强的热绝缘(thermal insulation)性能。一种三层复合材料,其中中间层是主要负责红外反射的透气金属化层;而内层和外层都提供强度和支撑使金属化层能够抵抗机械作用(如反复摩擦和洗涤)。此外,外层的选择使得其不仅保护金属化层不被氧化从而避免反射率的降低,而且也不阻挡织物向外的发射率。在通过IR反射提供有效的保暖性能(以热阻衡量)方面,已证明发射率为最多0.8。内层的选择也是为了提供良好的紧贴皮肤的手感。
在一个方面,本文公开的透气复合织物具有很高的透气性,这使得它比由无孔反射箔制成的服装穿起来更舒适。
在另一个方面,本文公开的透气复合织物包括使用金属化膜的更有效的反射层。金属化膜包括由聚乙烯制成的底层,所述聚乙烯的熔点比许多常规织物材料低,使得它可以通过在较低的温度下(例如,低于200℃或约135 ℃)压延而达到较平坦的表面。
在另一个方面,本文公开的透气复合织物包括具有约200微米或更小的薄厚度的聚乙烯底层来使其对来自人体的红外线辐射(波长约7-14微米)相当透明(约40-60%)。这种透气复合织物因此可以最大化反射回身体的热辐射,因为由于吸收最少的热量被消耗来加热所述层。
在另一个方面,本文公开的透气复合织物提供比其他熔喷非织造材料更好的结构完整性和抗氧化能力,使透气复合织物在洗涤后不易解体。
在另一个方面,本文公开的透气复合织物包括用于将内层和外层粘附到金属化膜上的点接触,从而产生对于应用于服装、鞋类、帐篷和睡袋或需要织物材料的其他应用有利的高透气性。

Claims (21)

1.一种织物,其包括:
内层;
金属化膜,其被设置在所述内层上,所述金属化膜包括含有聚合物的底层和沉积在所述底层的第一表面上的金属层,其中所述内层通过第一点接触被连接至所述金属化膜;和
外层,其被设置在所述金属化膜上,其中所述外层通过第二点接触被连接至所述金属化膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述内层被连接至所述底层的第二表面,所述第二表面与所述第一表面相对。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述外层被连接至所述金属层的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述内层、所述底层、所述金属层和所述外层中的每一个具有至少为500 g/m2/24小时的湿气透过率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述织物具有最多为0.6W/m-K的导热系数。
6.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述内层包括机织织物、针织织物或非织造织物中的一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的织物,其中所述内层包括合成材料或天然材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的织物,其中所述合成材料选自聚酯、尼龙、弹性纤维、聚氨酯、聚烯烃、聚乳酸或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述织物具有内层、金属化膜和外层中的每一个的至少为70%的湿气透过率。
10.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第一点接触和所述第二点接触包括粘合剂。
11.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第一点接触包括溶化的底层。
12.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第一点接触包括溶化的内层。
13.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第二点接触包括溶化的底层。
14.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第二点接触包括溶化的外层。
15.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第一点接触或所述第二点接触是通过缝纫或绗缝形成的。
16.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述金属层包括铝、钛、银、金、铜、锌、镁或锗中的一种或多种。
17.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述金属层具有约10纳米至约200纳米的厚度。
18.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述金属层在9.5微米的波长下具有在0.76和0.97之间的反射率。
19.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述金属化膜具有至少为800 g/m2/24小时的湿气透过率。
20.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述金属化膜和所述外层的组合发射率在9.5微米的波长下最多为0.85。
21.一种设备,其包括权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述设备是服装、鞋类、帐篷或睡袋中的一种。
