Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、歯形を均一にすると工具費が削減されかつ歯付き軸およびカム部に対してブランクが同一となることから、同じ歯付き軸および同じカム部を複数のエンジンのバージョンの吸気カム軸および/または排気カム軸に用いることを可能にする、内燃機関用の汎用の弁駆動装置を製造することである。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも1つのカム軸を有する内燃機関用の弁駆動装置において、前記カム軸が、歯付き軸(2)と少なくとも1つのカム部(3)とを有し、前記カム部(3)が、前記歯付き軸(2)上のアクチュエータ(アクチュエータピン4および5)によって前記カム部(3)を変位させることでガス交換弁(8)を可変作動させるための互いに隣接して配置された複数の異なるカム通路(13、14)を有し、前記歯付き軸(2)が軸歯形(9)を有し、前記カム部(3)が、前記軸歯形(9)に一致するハブ歯形(10)を有しており、前記軸歯形(9)および前記ハブ歯形(10)の楔、切込みまたは歯(19)の数が、直列型エンジン、V型エンジン、W型エンジンなど、任意の数のシリンダを有する任意の種類の4行程内燃機関の様々なカム位置を同じ歯付き軸(2)およびカム部(3)で実現できるようなものであることを特徴とする弁駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載の内燃機関用の弁駆動装置において、3気筒、4気筒および6気筒を備える直列型エンジンに対して、均一な点火間隔を有するV6型エンジンに対して、ならびに8気筒および12気筒のV型エンジンに対して、楔、切込みまたは歯(19)の数が好ましくは24または24の倍数であることを特徴とする弁駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の内燃機関用の弁駆動装置において、均一な歯付き軸(2)およびカム部(3)が同様に設けられている5気筒直列型エンジンおよび10気筒V型エンジンに対して、楔、切込みまたは歯(19)の数が好ましくは120または120の倍数であることを特徴とする弁駆動装置。
