Description
1.構造が簡単になっている。すなわち、可動床板と調整装置の部品の数が少なく、かつ製造しやすく、操縦室の床板を可動床板に接続する伸縮接合機構があるので、密閉性が高い。
図1、図2、図3及び図4に示されるように、本発明は二輪オートバイ5を開示している。二輪オートバイ5の回りには、外殻1、ドア2及び床板7で作られた密閉式操縦室が取り付けられている。密閉式操縦室の床板7には、運転者の左右両側に位置してヒンジと揺動アーム6を介して二輪オートバイに接合された各可動床板3が設けられている。この可動床板3は、ヒンジを軸として用いて上下に動かすことができる。ここで、オートバイの車体というのは、二輪オートバイの主構造体としての二輪オートバイの本質的車体を含むだけではなく、外殻1のようにオートバイの本質的車体に取り付けられた何らかの部品も含む意味である。
本実施例2の基本構成と効果は実施例1と同様なので、ここでは重複説明はしない。

Claims (14)
- 可動床板付の密閉式操縦室を有する二輪オートバイであって、
前記操縦室の床の運転者の左右の両側に相互に分離された可動床板が配置され、前記可動床板はヒンジによって揺動アームを介して上下に動くように前記二輪オートバイの車体に接合されていることを特徴とする密閉式二輪オートバイ。 - 前記可動床板が、前記ヒンジによって前記揺動アームを介して前記二輪オートバイの後部に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記操縦室の前記床板と前記可動床板との間に、前記操縦室の密閉状態を維持するための伸縮接合機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記伸縮接合機構が、スリーブを有するフード或いは互いに接合された多数のフードを備え、それが伸縮することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記可動床板と前記二輪オートバイの車体との間、あるいは前記揺動アームと二輪オートバイの車体との間に、前記可動床板を戻すための弾性戻し部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記可動床板の上に設けられるガイドロッドと、前記ガイドロッドと協働する前記操縦室の内部のガイドスリーブとを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- ヒンジによって前記ガイドスリーブに接合された固定装置を備え、前記固定装置は、前記ガイドロッドと係合する固定ブレーキと、前記ガイドスリーブに対して固定ブレーキの制御をする金属ワイヤとを備え、
前記金属ワイヤの他端が固定ハンドルに接合され、前記ガイドスリーブと固定ブレーキの間には、固定ブレーキのための戻しバネを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。 - 前記固定ブレーキは前記ガイドロッドに対向する歯状部を備え、更に前記ガイドロッドには前記固定ブレーキの歯状部と係合する歯状部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記可動床板の下面を覆う耐摩耗材料からなる耐摩耗層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記可動床板の下側部分に接触輪が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記接触輪としては、キャスタ輪が選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記接触輪は、可動床板に固定されるか、あるいは前記可動床板に着脱容易に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記接触輪は、高さ調整機構によって前記可動床板に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
- 前記高さ調整機構は、前記可動床板の下側部分に接合される取付ベースを備え、この取付ベースは昇降反発滑りスタッドを収容し、前記接触輪は前記昇降反発滑りスタッドに固定され、
前記昇降反発滑りスタッドの両側の180°の対応する位置には傾斜した作動溝が設けられ、各作動溝の両端には直線状の位置決めラッチ切欠きが下向きに形成され、位置決めピンが前記傾斜した作動溝を通して前記取付ベースに固定され、前記昇降反発滑りスタッドの上側部分には調整ノブが設けられ、この調整ノブと前記取付ベースとの間には固定用バネが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の密閉式二輪オートバイ。
