Description
表1に示す個々の成分を別々に秤取し、次いでバンバリーミキサーでブレンドした。調製した組成物を、以下の表2及び3に示す条件を用いた押出及び成形作業に使用した。数値は、表記成分のすべてを合わせて形成された混合物全体の重量に対する各成分の重量パーセントを表す。PC−STとは、57000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有するポリオルガノシロキサン−ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーをいう。使用するPCCDは、Eastman Chemical社から入手した。
以上、特定の実施形態に関して本発明を説明してきたが、当業者には、本発明の技術的範囲から逸脱せずに様々な変更及び均等物による構成要素の置換を行い得ることが理解されよう。加えて、特定の状況又は材料を本発明の教示に適合させるため、本発明の本質的な範囲から逸脱せずに多くの修正を行うことができる。したがって、本発明はこの発明を実施するために想定される最良の形態として開示された特定の実施形態に限定されず、特許請求の範囲に含まれるすべての実施形態を包含するものである。
Claims (24)
- 脂環式ポリエステル1〜30重量%と、
ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマー40重量%以上と
を含んでなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、当該組成物が20以下のB−Yスパンを有する、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーが、45nm以下の平均ドメインサイズを有するポリオルガノシロキサンドメインを含む、請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- さらにポリカーボネートを10〜50重量%含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記脂環式ポリエステルを5〜25重量%含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記脂環式ポリエステルを10〜20重量%含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーが、平均10以上のシロキサン単位を有するポリオルガノシロキサンブロックを含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーが、ブロックコポリマーの総重量を基準にして0.5〜80重量%のポリジメチルシロキサンを含むポリジメチルシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーからなる、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 脂環式ポリエステルが脂環式二酸単位及び脂環式ジオール単位を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 脂環式ポリエステルがポリシクロヘキサンジメタノールシクロヘキサンジカルボキシレートを含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーがポリジメチルシロキサン/ビスフェノールAポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーを含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 当該組成物が、ASTM E313−00に準拠して測定して25%以上の透過率を有する、請求項1記載の組成物。
- さらに、着色剤、充填材、難燃剤、UV安定剤、帯電防止剤、酸捕捉剤、視覚効果増強剤又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 当該組成物が、ASTM D256−03に準拠して測定して−20℃で420J/m以上のノッチ付アイゾット衝撃強さを有する、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 当該組成物が、ASTM D256−03に準拠して測定して24℃で420J/m以上のノッチ付アイゾット衝撃強さを有する、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 当該組成物が、ASTM D1238−01に準拠して測定して5〜40cm3/10分のメルトボリュームレートを有する、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 請求項1記載の組成物を含んでなる物品。
- 熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
脂環式ポリエステル1〜30重量%と、45nm以下の平均ドメインサイズを有するポリオルガノシロキサンドメインを含むポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマー40重量%以上とを混合することを含んでなる方法。 - 脂環式ポリエステル10〜15重量%と、
25nm以下の平均ドメインサイズを有するポリジメチルシロキサンドメインを含むポリジメチルシロキサン/ビスフェノールAポリカーボネートブロックコポリマー40重量%以上と
を含んでなる組成物。 - 脂環式ポリエステル1〜30重量%と、
45nm以下の平均ドメインサイズを有するポリオルガノシロキサンドメインを含むポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマー40重量%以上と
を含んでなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 当該組成物が20以下のB−Yスパンを有する、請求項19記載の組成物。
- 脂環式ポリエステル1〜30重量%と、
ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマー40重量%以上とを含んでなる透明熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、当該組成物が厚さ3.2mmのプラークについてASTM E313−00で測定して25%以上の光透過率を有する、透明熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - ポリオルガノシロキサン/ポリカーボネートブロックコポリマーが、45nm以下の平均ドメインサイズを有するポリオルガノシロキサンドメインを含む、請求項22記載の組成物。
- 当該組成物が20以下のB−Yスパンを有する、請求項22記載の組成物。
