Description
a)鉄(III)を含む硫酸及び/又は硝酸塩溶液に少なくとも1の塩基を添加し、
b)任意により、得られた沈殿物を一回以上水で洗浄して上記水酸化鉄の懸濁水溶液をつくり、
c)工程b)で得られた水酸化鉄の沈殿物の劣化を抑制する少なくとも1のさらなる成分を、上記得られた懸濁水溶液に添加し、
d)工程c)で得られた組成物を乾燥させる。
10mlのリン酸ナトリウム水溶液(13.68g/l Na3PO4 x 12 H2O)を、233mgの上記実施例で作成された材料(鉄0.9mmolに相当)(モル比 Fe:P=1:0.4)に添加する。pH値を調整した後、この懸濁水溶液を37℃で2時間反応させる。次にこの懸濁水溶液を遠心分離機にかける。上澄み液を移し替え、蒸留水で25mlとし、リン含有量を決定する。イオンクロマトグラフィーで決定される本実施例で作成される材料のリン酸塩吸着量は、pH値3.0で0.20mg P/mg Fe、pH値5.5で0.16mg P/mg Feであった。
10mlのリン酸ナトリウム水溶液(13.68g/l Na3PO4 x 12 H2O)を、226mgの上記実施例で作成された材料(鉄0.9mmolに相当)(モル比 Fe:P=1:0.4)に添加する。pH値を調整した後、この懸濁水溶液を37℃で2時間反応させる。次にこの懸濁水溶液を遠心分離機にかける。上澄み液を移し替え、蒸留水で25mlとし、リン含有量を決定する。イオンクロマトグラフィーで決定される実施例1で作成される材料のリン酸塩吸着量は、pH値3.0で0.19mg P/mg Fe、pH値5.5で0.15mg P/mg Feであった。
10mlのリン酸ナトリウム水溶液(13.68g/l Na3PO4 x 12 H2O)を、225mgの上記実施例で作成された材料(鉄0.9mmolに相当)(モル比 Fe:P=1:0.4)に添加する。pH値を調整した後、この懸濁水溶液を37℃で2時間反応させる。次にこの懸濁水溶液を遠心分離機にかける。上澄み液を移し替え、蒸留水で25mlとし、リン含有量を決定する。イオンクロマトグラフィーで決定される実施例1で作成される材料のリン酸塩吸着量は、pH値3.0で0.21mg P/mg Fe、pH値5.5で0.17mg P/mg Feであった。
10mlのリン酸ナトリウム水溶液(13.68g/l Na3PO4 x 12 H2O)を、247mgの上記実施例で作成された材料(鉄0.9mmolに相当)(モル比 Fe:P=1:0.4)に添加する。pH値を調整した後、この懸濁水溶液を37℃で2時間反応させる。次にこの懸濁水溶液を遠心分離機にかける。上澄み液を移し替え、蒸留水で25mlとし、リン含有量を決定する。イオンクロマトグラフィーで決定される実施例1で作成される材料のリン酸塩吸着量は、pH値3.0で0.21mg P/mg Fe、pH値5.5で0.17mg P/mg Feであった。

Claims (23)
- a)水性の、鉄(III)を含む硫酸及び/又は硝酸塩溶液に少なくとも1の塩基を添加して、水酸化鉄の沈殿物を形成し、
b)任意により、得られた沈殿物を一回以上水で洗浄して上記水酸化鉄の懸濁水溶液をつくり、
c)工程b)で得られた水酸化鉄の沈殿物の劣化を抑制する少なくとも1のさらなる成分を、上記得られた懸濁水溶液に添加し、
d)工程c)で得られた組成物を乾燥させる
ことを含む組成物の調整方法。 - 鉄(III)を含む硫酸塩溶液を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水酸化鉄の沈殿物の劣化を抑制する前記のさらなる成分は、炭水化物、炭水化物誘導体、及びフミン酸からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記鉄(III)塩溶液は、鉄(III)硫酸塩の水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記鉄(III)塩溶液は、鉄(III) 硝酸塩の水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 工程a)において、pH値が少なくとも3となることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記得られた組成物が、50重量%以下の鉄を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記塩基は、アルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属化合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記塩基は、アルカリ金属水酸化物及びアルカリ金属カーボネートから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 工程a)において、前記塩基として、アルカリ金属カーボネート、アルカリ金属バイカーボネート、又はアルカリ金属水酸化物の水溶液が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 工程a)において、pH値が少なくとも6となることを特徴とする請求項1〜10いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 工程a)において、前記塩基として、水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、及び/又は重炭酸ナトリウムが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記水酸化鉄の劣化を抑制するさらなる成分は、スターチ、スクロース、デキストリンよりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜12いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 前記組成物を乾燥する前後に、少なくとも1のカルシウム塩を添加することを特徴とする請求項1〜13いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 工程c)において、前記さらなる成分の添加前に、前記水酸化鉄の劣化が実質的に起こらないことを特徴とする請求項1〜14いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 得られた組成物を製剤として投与可能な形に形成するさらなる工程)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜15いずれかに記載の組成物の調整方法。
- 請求項1〜16いずれかに記載の方法から得られる組成物の、水溶液からリン酸塩を吸着する吸着剤の製造への使用。
- 請求項1〜16いずれかに記載の方法から得られる組成物の、人間又は動物への経口及び/又は静脈投与調製品の製造への使用。
- 請求項1〜16いずれかに記載の方法から得られる組成物の、高リン酸塩血症の予防及び/又は治療のための調製品の製造への使用。
- 請求項17〜19いずれかに記載の使用において、透析患者の予防的及び/又は治療的処置のための調製品の製造への使用とすることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1〜16いずれかに記載の方法から得られる吸着剤。
- 請求項1〜16いずれかに記載の方法から得られる組成物の、食材に混合するための吸着剤の製造への使用。
- 水酸化鉄(III)に加え、炭水化物及びフミン酸よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1の成分を含む組成物において、
0.05重量%以下の塩化物を含むことを特徴とする組成物。
