Description

20 根據本發明所得材料實質上為氫氧化鐵與可抑制氫氧 化鐵老化成分諸如碳水化合物類或腐植酸之物理混合物。 如前文說明,假設後者係與新鮮沉澱之氫氧化鐵接觸,結 果導致氫氧化鐵之安定化,因而未出現材料的老化,材料 老化可能降低磷酸鹽吸附能力。於根據本發明選用之添加 水性懸浮液之條件下,不會發生如DE 42 39 442所述之錯合 物生成,原因在於錯合物生成要求例如於碳水化合物添加 至氫氧化鐵期間,有強鹼條件。 經由根據本發明方法所得之組成物較佳用來由水溶液 製造磷酸鹽吸附劑。較佳於人體或動物體經口及/或經注射 投藥之製劑係藉根據本發明方法所得之組成物製造。特 別,根據本發明所得組成物用於製備預防及/或治療血中磷 酸鹽過高狀態。特佳,根據本發明所得組成物用於製造透 析病人之預防及/或治療製劑。 為了達成該項目的,根據本發明所得組成物係以已知 方式調配成藥學劑型例如供口服投藥劑型。該組成物可就 此調配,或連同習知藥學添加劑如習知載劑或輔劑物質調 配。舉例言之,可進行包囊,可使用習知用於製藥之材料 如硬明膠膠囊或軟明膠膠囊作為包囊劑。根據本發明所得 組成物之微包囊亦屬可能。可提供吸附劑,選擇性連同輔 10 助物質及添加劑,呈粒劑、錠劑、糖衣錠、填充於囊袋、 呈凝膠形式或棒形而提供。根據本發明所得組成物之每日 劑量例如以鐵為基準為1至3克,且較佳約1.5克。 根據本發明所得組成物也適合用來吸附結合於食物之 填酸鹽;例如用於此項目的,根據此目的可混入食物。為 了達成該項目的,可製備例如前述配方供藥用。 根據本發明所得組成物特別適合用作為由體液、由乳 糜、及食物吸附無機與食物結合之填酸鹽之吸附劑。其具 有類似根據EP 0868125所得吸附劑之磷酸鹽吸附能力,且 製造上簡單而價廉。 本發明進一步係有關經由根據本發明所得之吸附劑。 經由使用硫酸鐵及/或硝酸鐵作為起始物料,根據本發 明可獲得一種具有特低氣化物之組成物,氯化物只微量存 在於組成物。氣化物含量特別係低於習知阿卡加石之氣化 物含量。如此本發明亦係關於一種組成物含有氫氧化鐵(ΠΙ) 及至少一種選自於由碳水化合物類及腐植酸組成之組群之 成分,該組成物含有低於0.05 wt.°/〇,較佳低於0.03 wt.Q/0及 更佳低於0.01 wt.Q/o氣陰離子。 將藉下列實施例說明本發明之進一步細節: 實施例1 444克硫酸鐵(III)溶液(11.3 % w/w Fe)以20-30分鐘時 間以攪拌(葉片型攪拌器)逐滴添加至116 0克蘇打溶液 (d20=1.185克/毫升)。懸浮液又攪拌1小時。隨後以授拌添 加2升水至懸浮液;混合物經靜置’然後傾析去除上清液。 1351926 此程序重複5次。藉此方式,獲得1238克具有鐵含量4.0 %(w/w)(藉錯合計量術測定)之懸浮液》各73·9克蔗糖及澱粉 添加至1238克前述懸浮液。然後懸浮液於60°C旋轉蒸發器 濃縮,及於50°C於高度真空乾燥。獲得223克具有鐵含量 5 21.5 %(w/w)之粉末。 磷酸鹽吸附能力之測定: 1〇毫升磷酸鈉溶液(13.68克/升Ν々Ρ〇4 X 12 h2〇)添加
