Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン4の駆動に伴って作動するフロント作業機と、エンジン4の排ガス経路19に配置され、排ガス中の窒素酸化物を浄化還元する尿素SCR触媒20と、排ガス経路19に供給される尿素水が貯えられる尿素水タンク23と、この尿素水タンク23内の尿素水の温度を検出する温度検出器24とを備えるとともに、運転室3を空調する空調装置21と、温度検出器24で検出される尿素水の温度に応じて、空調装置21から吹き出される温冷風を尿素水タンク23に導く温冷風誘導手段を備え、この温冷風誘導手段が、空調装置21から吹き出される冷風及び温風の温度に相応する冷風信号及び温風信号を制御信号として出力するコントローラ31を含む構成にしてある。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、このエンジンの駆動に伴って作動する作業機とを備えるとともに、上記エンジンの排ガス経路に配置され、排ガス中の窒素酸化物を浄化還元する還元触媒と、上記排ガス経路に供給される還元剤が貯えられる還元剤タンクと、この還元剤タンク内の還元剤の温度を検出する温度検出器とを備えた建設機械において、
運転室を空調する空調装置と、上記温度検出器で検出される上記還元剤の温度に応じて、上記空調装置から吹き出される温冷風を上記還元剤タンクに導く温冷風誘導手段を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 上記請求項1記載の発明において、
上記温冷風誘導手段が、
上記温度検出器で検出される上記還元剤の温度に応じて、上記空調装置から吹き出される冷風及び温風の温度に相応する冷風信号及び温風信号を上記空調装置に対する制御信号として出力するコントローラと、
上記空調装置の冷風あるいは温風を還元剤タンクに導く送風経路とを含み、
上記コントローラは、上記還元剤の温度が第1所定温度以上のときに上記冷風信号を出力し、上記還元剤の温度が上記第1所定温度よりも低い第2所定温度以下のときに上記温風信号を出力することを特徴とする建設機械。 - 上記請求項1記載の発明において、
上記運転室内に上記空調装置を操作する操作装置を設け、この操作装置が操作されたとき、上記空調装置から吹き出される温冷風の一部を上記運転室内に供給するように上記空調装置の温冷風の流れを切り換える切換手段を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 上記請求項1記載の発明において、
上記還元剤タンクが収納され、仕切りカバーによって形成される室を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 上記請求項1記載の発明において、
上記還元剤タンクを、上記運転室に隣り合うように設けたことを特徴とする建設機械。
