Abstract
【解決手段】二枚の熱可塑性繊維からなる伸縮性の衣服構成生地相互を重ね、接合縁部相互を仮止め手段で接合縁部に沿い仮止めし、仮止め位置より生地中央側で接合縁部に沿ったカットラインを超音波切断手段で溶断し、二枚の衣服構成生地の接合縁部相互の溶断面を溶着して仮止めし、衣服構成生地を開き、接合端面相互が表面側に溝状の開口部を形成した状態とし、接合縁部に対し裏面側又は表面側から熱接着テープを当接し、接合縁部と熱接着テープを溶着接合する無縫製衣服の製造方法で、拡大間隙部形成手段で、衣服構成生地を貫通し衣服構成生地の編目部分若しくは織目部分を拡大させた拡大間隙部を形成し、接合縁部と熱接着テープの溶着接合で、溶融した熱接着テープが拡大間隙部内に浸透し接合縁部と熱接着テープとを固着する無縫製衣服の製造方法。

Description
当該無縫製の無塵衣は、構成部分である生地相互の溶着を利用するものであることから、生地相互が溶着に適した化学繊維からなるものであり、無塵衣としての用途であれば、化学繊維の場合、伸縮性を具備しないナイロン製生地、布帛等を使用すれば可能である。

このとき、二枚の衣服構成生地1、2の接合縁部1a、2a相互の溶断面が溶着し、仮止め状態となる。尚、図3(a)に示すように、接合縁部1a、2aのうち、溶断部分から離れた部分は、溶断時の熱の影響を殆ど受けず、前記二枚の衣服構成生地1、2とは溶着しない。また、この溶断によって生じた余剰片7は本実施例に係る製造工程において使用しないが、別途再生利用の対象とすることができる。
また、本実施例1において、前記熱接着テープ9は、テープ部に接着剤等を含浸した構成であり、熱接着テープの幅方向の伸縮性を衣服構成生地の同方向の伸縮性より小さくしたものを用いている。尚、熱接着テープ9の構成は、熱溶着時にテープ部の上からホットメルト接着剤等を染み込ませた構成とすることもできる。
すなわち、前記拡大間隙部4を設けることによって、拡大間隙部4内に接着剤等が浸透して、拡大間隙部4内の体積が増加することで、固着力を増加させることができる。
本発明の実施例2に係る無縫製衣服の製造方法は、実施例1に係る無縫製衣服の製造方法の終了後更に、工程を付加したものである。具体的には、前記図5(a)(b)に示した状態、即ち、各接合縁部1a、2aに跨ぎ、且つ、前記拡大間隙部4を覆設するようにして、前記裏面側から熱接着テープ9を当接し、前記接合端面相互が対向若しくは当接する状態で接合縁部1a、2aと前記熱接着テープ9とを熱溶着手段によって接合した状態の後に、図7に示すように、対向する他端面においても、前記熱接着テープ9を当接し、熱溶着手段によって接合させるものである。
既存の無縫製衣服と本願発明の無縫製衣服において、以下に示す強度試験を行い、剥離等の異常の有無を確認した。
(試験方法)
(a)製品仕上がり時の引張強度試験:JIS L 1018 グラブ法
(b)アクセレローター処理後の引張強度試験(JIS L 1018 グラブ法)
上記の2種類を行うものとする。
試験片Bは幅方向の伸縮性を有する熱接着テープを衣服構成生地の片面側に用いて接合した試験片、試験片Cは特許文献3に係る発明に該当するものであり、幅方向の伸縮性を有する熱接着テープを衣服構成生地の接合部の片面側に用いた試験片である。(本発明の実施例1に係る発明に対応する従来例。)

試験片Dは本発明の実施例に係る試験片であり、衣服構成生地の接合部に拡大間隙部を形成し、接合部の片面側に熱接着テープを設けた試験片である。(本発明実施例1に係る発明に相当する。)
試験片Eは本発明の実施例に係る試験片であり、衣服構成生地の接合部に拡大間隙部を形成し、接合部の両面側に熱接着テープを設けた試験片である。(本発明実施例2に係る発明に相当する。)
すべての試料A乃至試料Eにおいて、チャック切れを起こしている。即ち、生地自体の破損が生じても接合部の剥がれは生じず、試験片A乃至試験片Eは、製品仕上がり時において優れた耐久性を有していると判断できる。
試験片Aは引張強度が128N程度であり、十分な耐久性が得られていない。
試験片Bは引張強度が206N程度である。また試験片Bの構成に拡大間隙部を付加した本発明に係る試験片Dの引張強度は227Nである。このため、試験片Bから約10%の引張強度の向上が認められる。
試験片C、Eはチャック切れを起こしている。即ち、生地自体の破損が生じても接合部の剥がれは生じず、試験片C、Eは、製品仕上がり時において優れた耐久性を有していると判断できる。
実施例1に示した二枚の衣服構成生地を重ね合わせた状態で拡大間隙部を形成することによっては、一度の拡大間隙部の形成操作に対して、(二枚の衣服構成生地を開くことで)二倍の数の拡大間隙部を形成することができるため、作業効率が高い点で優れる。
一方、図2(a)の段階では拡大間隙部を形成せずに、図4(a)に示した接合縁部を境界として二枚の衣服構成生地を開いた状態で、拡大間隙部形成手段で、拡大間隙部を形成することによっては、接合縁部に熱接着テープを溶着する直前に拡大間隙部を形成するため、拡大間隙部が形成された状態をより確実に維持することができるから、より確実な溶着を行うことができる。

Claims (3)
- 二枚の熱可塑性繊維からなる伸縮性を有する衣服構成生地相互を重ね、その接合縁部相互を、仮止め手段で該接合縁部に沿って仮止めし、仮止め位置より生地中央側で接合縁部に沿ったカットラインを、超音波切断手段で溶断し、二枚の衣服構成生地の接合縁部相互の溶断面が溶着して仮止め状態となり、接合縁部を境界として二枚の衣服構成生地を開いて、溶断によって形成された接合端面相互が表面側に溝状の開口部を形成した状態として、接合縁部に対して熱接着テープを当接し、接合縁部と熱接着テープを溶着接合する無縫製衣服の製造方法において、
拡大間隙部形成手段で、衣服構成生地を貫通して衣服構成生地の編目部分若しくは織目部分を拡大させた拡大間隙部を形成し、
前記接合縁部と熱接着テープの溶着接合によって、溶融した熱接着テープが拡大間隙部内に浸透して接合縁部と熱接着テープとを固着することを特徴とする無縫製衣服の製造方法。 - 拡大間隙部形成手段がミシン機であり、拡大間隙部の形成は、ミシン機に縫糸を装着せずに針のみで衣服構成生地を貫通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無縫製衣服の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性繊維からなる伸縮性を有する衣服構成生地相互の接合縁部相互を熱接着テープで接合した構成を有する無縫製衣服において、
衣服構成生地の編目若しくは織目を部分的に拡大させた拡大間隙部を、該衣服構成生地の縁部に沿って設け、熱接着テープが該拡大間隙部内に溶融固化した構成を備えたことを特徴とする無縫製衣服。
