Abstract
Description
この製造方法によれば、2枚の衣料生地の接合部が伸縮し得る衣料品を極めて簡単かつ容易に製造することができる。また、超音波加工による熱融着で接合された接合部は、2枚の衣料生地が重ならずに比較的段差を小さくできる。
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る衣服製造方法で用いられる装置を説明するための図である。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の衣服製造方法では、例えば、超音波切断・接合装置11と、補強縫い装置13とが用いられる。
超音波切断・接合装置11において、重ね合された2枚の生地が切断かつ接合される。その後。当該2枚の生地が、超音波切断・接合装置11で接合された接合部を中心に開かれた1枚の状態にされ、接合部の両サイドに位置する2枚の生地を補強縫い装置13によって縫い合わされる。
図2に示すように、超音波切断・接合装置11は、例えば、超音波ホーン21と、切断装置31とを有する。
後述するように切断装置31で切断された2枚の生地23,25の切断端縁部が、超音波ホーン21が出力する超音波で熱融着して接合される。超音波により、生地23,25が超振動して熱が発生する。
溶断・溶接ローラ33は、上記周方向の中心を通る所定の回転軸35を中心に回転する。
切断装置31は、2枚の生地23,25の超音波が出力される切断・接合箇所に刃31aの先端の平坦面を当接した状態で、溶断・溶接ローラ33を回転軸35を中心に回転させて2枚の生地23,25を切断する。
図3に示すように、刃31aは、その先端が平坦面51であり、平坦面51の両端部から平坦面51の法線53に対して15°〜22.5°の第1の角度Xで傾斜した2つの傾 斜面55,57を有している。
超音波ホーン21は、図4に示すように、溶断・溶接ローラ33の外周面33aの周方向の法線61と、生地23,25の進行方向と直交する超音波の出力方向63との第2の角度Yが20°〜30°となる向きから生地23,25に超音波を出力する。
このように第2の角度Yだけ傾斜した向きから生地23,25に超音波を出力することで、適正な溶断と溶接効果が得られる。なお、第2の角度Yを20°未満にすると超音波ホーン21と反対側に位置する切断装置31の接地面積が狭くなり、特に地厚な生地に関しては溶断不良と溶接不良の不都合が生じる。一方、第2の角度Yを30°より大きくすると、生地が挿入しづらくなったり、超音波ホーン21と反対側に位置する切断装置31の接地面積が広くなり、ストレッチ素材の場合は溶断面に波状のシワが生じる。
このような不具合は生地23,25の厚みが増すと、大きくなる。
また、生地23,25としてストレッチ素材を用いた場合に、溶断すると、図6(C)に示す余蘊、溶断面Dが波状になり、フラットに仕上がらない。
このような針71を用いる、生地の織り糸を切断してしまうことを防止できる。
溶断・溶接ローラ33は、刃先角度(第1の角度X)が15°〜22.5°、先端部幅Pが0.01mm〜0.1mmを使用した。
また、平坦面51と直交する方向における傾斜面55,57の高さQは、6mm〜9mmである。
刃31aの角度を鋭角にし、接合時にできる生地の硬化状態(バリ状態)の幅を狭く抑える。
刃31aの刃先角度を鋭角にする事で、溶断・溶接時にできる波打ちシワを防ぎ、平らな接合面を形成する。
2段階圧力で生地の厚みの異なる部分も、溶断不良を発生する事なく、1工程で接合が可能になる。通常状態とは別に、生地の厚みが増すとマシン条件が自動で別条件に移行する機械的な仕組みもある。スピードが落ち、圧力が強くなる。

また、ウーリー糸とは、フィラメント(長繊維)の化学繊維に、加撚(ヨリをかける)−熱 固定(熱を加えて固定)−解撚(ヨリを戻す)の加工施し製造される。特徴としては、バネ のような伸縮性、毛糸のような嵩高性・保温性・吸湿性をもつ。
・縫い目がフラットに仕上がるため、肌アタリが無く、ソフトな感触が得られる。
・縫い目が横伸びせず、縦伸びする。
・縫い目の横引き強度が強い。
・縫い目が止まることなく、生地と同等に伸びるため、動きを妨げない。
・縫い目裏糸に機能糸(デオシーム等)を使用する事ができる。
・縫い代の重なりを排除できる。
・縫い代を排除できるため、通常縫製時よりもガーメント全体を軽く作り上げる事ができる。
・縫い代による斜行シワ等の外観的品質不良を防ぐ事ができる。
・縫い代が無いため、シルエットラインをきれいに出す事ができる。
・生地とファスナーの接合も可能。
・ファスナー部分が柔らかく、折り曲げやすくなる。
・他の縫い仕様が跨っても縫製しやすい。
・テープ補強と違い、加水分解等の経年劣化によるテープ剥離が発生しない。
図10は、本発明の実施形態の衣服製造方法の手順を説明するための図である。
ステップST1;
図2に示す溶断・溶接ローラ33の刃31aによって、重ね合された2枚の生地23,25が切断される。このとき、刃31aは、平坦面51の法線53に対して15°〜22.5°の第1の角度Xで傾斜した2つの傾斜面55,57を有している。そのため、切断端縁部にはバリが生じなり。
超音波ホーン21は、重ね合わされた2枚の生地23,25の予め決められた切断・接合箇所に向けて超音波を出力する。
これによって、2枚の生地23,25の切断端縁部が、超音波ホーン21が出力する超音波で熱融着して接合される。
補強縫い装置13は、例えば、図8に示すように、先端73がボール状をした針71を用いて、上記接合部を糸で縫合する。このような針71を用いることで、生地の織り糸を切断してしまうことを防止できる。
このように接合部A、生地23,25が重ならずに段差のない完全なフラットになるので、着用感に優れている。さらに、超音波加工による熱融着で接合された接合部Aは、図9に示すように左右の生地23,25とに跨る糸81で縫い合わされるため、強固に結合でき、分離するおそれのない衣料品を製造することができる。
すなわち、当業者は、本発明の技術的範囲またはその均等の範囲内において、上述した実施形態の構成要素に関し、様々な変更、コンビネーション、サブコンビネーション、並びに代替を行ってもよい。

Claims (4)
- 重ね合わされた複数枚の生地に超音波を出力する超音波ホーンと、
前記複数枚の生地に対して前記超音波ホーンと反対側に位置し、外周面に周方向に沿って突出して刃が形成された部材を前記周方向の中心を通る所定の回転軸を中心に回転する切断装置と
を用いて行う衣服製造方法であって、
前記複数枚の生地の前記超音波が出力される位置に前記刃を当接した状態で、前記部材を前記所定の回転軸を中心に回転させて前記複数枚の生地を切断する切断工程と、
前記切断工程で切断した前記複数枚の生地の切断端縁部を、前記超音波ホーンが出力する前記超音波で熱融着して接合する接合工程と、
前記熱融着で接合された2枚の生地を、接合された箇所を中心に両サイドに開いて1枚の状態にし、接合部に対して両サイドに位置する生地に跨るように、前記接合部を糸で縫合する縫合工程と
を有する衣服製造方法。 - 前記刃の長柄方向に直交する横断面において、前記平坦面の幅が0.01mm〜0.1mmであり、前記平坦面と直交する方向における前記傾斜面の高さは6mm〜9mmである
請求項1に記載の衣服製造方法。 - 前記縫合工程は、先端がボール状をした針を用いて、前記接合部を糸で縫合する
請求項1または2に記載の衣服製造方法。 - 重ね合わされた複数枚の生地に超音波を出力する超音波ホーンと、
前記複数枚の生地に対して前記超音波ホーンと反対側に位置し、外周面に周方向に沿って突出して刃が形成された部材を前記周方向の中心を通る所定の回転軸を中心に回転する切断装置と
を用いて製造される衣服であって、
前記複数枚の生地の前記超音波が出力される位置に前記刃を当接した状態で、前記部材を前記所定の回転軸を中心に回転させて前記複数枚の生地を切断する切断工程と、
前記切断工程で切断した前記複数枚の生地の切断端縁部を、前記超音波ホーンが出力する前記超音波で熱融着して接合する接合工程と、
前記熱融着で接合された2枚の生地を、接合された箇所を中心に両サイドに開いて1枚の状態にし、接合部に対して両サイドに位置する生地に跨るように、前記接合部を糸で縫合する縫合工程と
を経て製造された衣服。
