Abstract
【解決手段】オリゴマー、希釈剤、紫外線重合開始剤および整泡剤を含む紫外線硬化性樹脂原料をミキサー等によって機械的に発泡させて紫外線で硬化させた紫外線硬化発泡体において、整泡剤を、ペンダント構造のシロキサンからなる整泡剤とし、オリゴマーおよび希釈剤の合計100重量部に対してペンダント構造のシロキサン整泡剤を1〜5重量部含むことにより、起泡性および泡保持性を高め、密度300kg/m3以下の低密度化を実現し、シール性および衝撃吸収性を良好にした。

Claims (2)
- オリゴマー、希釈剤、紫外線重合開始剤および整泡剤を含む紫外線硬化性樹脂原料を機械的に発泡させて紫外線で硬化させた紫外線硬化発泡体において、
前記整泡剤が、ペンダント構造のシロキサンからなることを特徴とする紫外線硬化発泡体。 - 密度が150〜300kg/m3からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線硬化発泡体。
