Claims (2)
- ニオブ又はニオブ合金からなる電極が陽極酸化されて、前記電極の表面に誘電体層を形成した電解コンデンサにおいて、前記誘電体層にはフッ素が含有されていることを特徴とする電解コンデンサ。
- 請求項1に記載した電解コンデンサにおいて、上記の誘電体層に、ニオブのフッ化物が含有されていることを特徴とする電解コンデンサ。
