Abstract
【解決手段】上下方向に搬送される加熱された帯鋼Sを気水Cを用いて冷却する1次冷却帯1及び2次冷却帯2の出側に、帯鋼Sを挟むように対向配置される一対の上段ノズル35及び下段ノズル36を設け、上段ノズル35及び下段ノズル36における帯鋼Sと対向する面に、帯鋼Sの搬送方向に対して略直交するように開口され、空気Aを噴射して帯鋼Sに沿って下方に流れる冷却水Wを水切りする上スリット35b,36b及び下スリット35c,36cを、帯鋼Sの搬送方向に沿って形成するようにした。

Description
上下方向に搬送される加熱された帯板を液体冷媒を用いて冷却する冷却帯の出側に、前記帯板を挟むように対向配置される一対のノズルを設け、
前記一対のノズルにおける前記帯板と対向する面に、前記帯板の搬送方向に対して略直交するように開口され、ガスを噴射して前記帯板に沿って下方に流れる液体冷媒を水切りするスリットを、前記帯板の搬送方向に沿って多段に形成する
ことを特徴とする。
第1の発明に係る水切り装置において、
前記一対のノズルの上方に、前記帯板に沿って下方に流れる液体冷媒を前記冷却帯の外部に排水する排水手段を設ける
ことを特徴とする。
第2の発明に係る水切り装置において、
前記排水手段は、前記帯板の振動を低減する制振手段を備える
ことを特徴とする。
第1乃至第3のいずれかの発明に係る水切り装置において、
前記一対のノズルの下方に、水切り後のガスを排気する排気手段を設ける
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 上下方向に搬送される加熱された帯板を液体冷媒を用いて冷却する冷却帯の出側に、前記帯板を挟むように対向配置される一対のノズルを設け、
前記一対のノズルにおける前記帯板と対向する面に、前記帯板の搬送方向に対して略直交するように開口され、ガスを噴射して前記帯板に沿って下方に流れる液体冷媒を水切りするスリットを、前記帯板の搬送方向に沿って多段に形成する
ことを特徴とする水切り装置。 - 請求項1に記載の水切り装置において、
前記一対のノズルの上方に、前記帯板に沿って下方に流れる液体冷媒を前記冷却帯の外部に排水する排水手段を設ける
ことを特徴とする水切り装置。 - 請求項2に記載の水切り装置において、
前記排水手段は、前記帯板の振動を低減する制振手段を備える
ことを特徴とする水切り装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の水切り装置において、
前記一対のノズルの下方に、水切り後のガスを排気する排気手段を設ける
ことを特徴とする水切り装置。
