Abstract
【解決手段】ガラスウール層と金属箔層を有する遮音性積層構造体であり、該ガラスウール層は、ガラス短繊維に熱硬化型フェノール樹脂を付着させて集綿された未硬化ガラス短繊維ウェブを加熱成形して形成されるガラスウールであり、該構造体は、ガラスウール層、開口部のない金属箔層、及びガラスウール層の順で積層された構造を有すること。

Description
本実施例で得られたサンプル1乃至5での構造体の垂直入射音の遮音率を、JIS A6301「遮音材料(2000年)」の付属書Bに準拠した方法で測定した。本評価では、ガラスウール層の厚みの薄い側を音源側としている。

Claims (7)
- ガラスウール層と金属箔層を有する遮音性積層構造体であり、該ガラスウール層は、ガラス短繊維に熱硬化型フェノール樹脂を付着させて集綿された未硬化ガラス短繊維ウェブを加熱成形して形成されるガラスウールであり、該構造体は、ガラスウール層、開口部のない金属箔層、及びガラスウール層の順で積層された構造を有することを特徴とする遮音性積層構造体。
- 構造体の総厚みが5〜100mmであり、開口部のない金属箔層が、構造体の最外面から、厚み方向に層厚みの0.1〜0.5倍の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音性積層構造体。
- ガラスウール層、開口部を有する金属箔層、及びガラスウール層の順で積層された構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の遮音性積層構造体。
- 開口部のない金属箔層、ガラスウール層、及び開口部を有する金属箔層の順で積層された構造を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遮音性積層構造体。
- 開口部を有する金属箔層が、構造体の最外面から、厚み方向に層厚みの0.1〜0.5倍の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音性積層構造体。
- 金属箔層が、20μm〜150μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の遮音性積層構造体。
- ガラス短繊維に硬化前の熱硬化型フェノール樹脂を付着させて集綿された未硬化ガラス短繊維ウェブと、金属箔とを重ね合わせて加圧加熱成形する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の遮音性積層構造体の製法。
