Abstract
【解決手段】アクチュエータ本体13を構成するハウジング10のシリンダ室14,15には、両端部にピストン17a,18aがそれぞれ設けられたラック17,18が往復動自在に組み込まれ、ハウジング10に回転自在に装着される回転軸24にはラック17,18と噛み合うピニオン25が設けられている。ハウジング10に固定される外輪41の内側には内輪32が組み込まれ、内輪32は回転軸24に取り付けられて被揺動部材を回転駆動する。外輪41の内周面と内輪32の外周面との間には転動体としてのローラ43が組み込まれており、ローラ43を介して回転軸24と内輪32が外輪41に回転自在に支持される。

Claims (6)
- ピストン部が両端に設けられたラックを軸方向に往復動自在に収容するシリンダ室が形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転自在に装着され、前記ラックと噛み合うピニオンが設けられた回転軸と、
前記ハウジングの外面に固定される外輪と、
前記外輪の内側に組み込まれるとともに前記回転軸に取り付けられ、被揺動部材を回転駆動する内輪と、
前記外輪の内周面と前記内輪の外周面との間に装着される転動体とを有し、
前記転動体を介して前記回転軸と前記内輪とを前記外輪により回転自在に支持することを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記回転軸に軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を形成することを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1または2記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、それぞれピストン部が両端に設けられたラックをそれぞれ軸方向に往復動自在に収容する2つのシリンダ室を前記ハウジングに形成し、前記シリンダ室にそれぞれ収容された2つの前記ラックをそれぞれ前記ピニオンに噛み合わせることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記被揺動部材が装着される前記内輪の外側端面を前記外輪の外側端面とほぼ同一面とすることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記駆動軸に径方向外方に延出して設けられたフランジを前記内輪の内側端面に突き当てるとともに、前記フランジに締結されるねじ部材により前記内輪と前記回転軸とを取り付けることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記転動体はクロスローラであることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
