Claims (5)
- ピストン部が両端に設けられたラックを軸方向に往復動自在に収容するシリンダ室が形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転自在に装着され、前記ラックと噛み合うピニオンが設けられた回転軸と、
前記ハウジングの外面に固定される外輪と、
前記外輪の内側に組み込まれるとともに前記回転軸に取り付けられ、被揺動部材を取り付けるねじ孔が形成され外側端面に取り付けられる前記被揺動部材を回転駆動する内輪と、
前記外輪の内周面と前記内輪の外周面との間に装着される転動体と、
前記回転軸に設けられ前記内輪の内側端面が突き当てられるフランジに締結されて前記回転軸を前記フランジに取り付けるねじ部材と、
前記ねじ孔と同軸に設けられた嵌合孔に取り付けられるとともに前記フランジに形成された係合孔に係合する係合ピンとを有し、
前記転動体を介して前記回転軸と前記内輪とを前記外輪により回転自在に支持することを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記回転軸に軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を形成することを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1または2記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、それぞれピストン部が両端に設けられたラックをそれぞれ軸方向に往復動自在に収容する2つのシリンダ室を前記ハウジングに形成し、前記シリンダ室にそれぞれ収容された2つの前記ラックをそれぞれ前記ピニオンに噛み合わせることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記被揺動部材が装着される前記内輪の前記外側端面を前記外輪の外側端面とほぼ同一面とすることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータリアクチュエータにおいて、前記転動体はクロスローラであることを特徴とするロータリアクチュエータ。
