Abstract
【解決手段】秤量が70〜600g/m2 の範囲内で、厚みが0.1〜3.0mmの範囲内である基材となる不織布1の片面もしくは両面に、未加硫ゴム系組成物または熱硬化性樹脂系組成物からなる金型クリーニング材料2により、エア抜き用空隙を有する所定の盛り上がり形状のパターンが形成され、そのパターンのエア抜き用空隙から基材となる不織布1が露呈している。

Description
下記の表1,2に示す秤量と厚みとを有する各不織布を、ポリエステル製長繊維を材料として作製した。
エチレンプロピレンゴム100部、シリカパウダー50部、酸化チタン5部、有機過酸化物〔n−ブチル−4,4−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)バレレート〕2部、イミダゾール{2,4−ジアミノ−6−〔2′−メチルイミダゾリル−(1′)〕エチル−s−トリアジン}10部、モンタンワックス5部を混練機で混練し、金型クリーニング材料を調製した。
メラミン樹脂クリーニング材料(市販品)を準備した。
上記不織布の両面に、上記金型クリーニング材料を、下記の表1,2に示すパターン(帯状,格子状,斑点状)および寸法(幅,厚み,隙間)に突設させた。なお、帯状および格子状パターンの長手方向に直角な断面の形状は、長方形とし、斑点状パターンの各斑点の形状は、円柱体とした。
このようにして得られた実施例1〜8および比較例1〜3の各金型再生用シートを用いて、金型のクリーニングを行った。この金型は、半導体素子を樹脂封止する際に用いるトランスファー成形用金型の疑似金型であり、上金型と下金型とからなり、これら上金型と下金型の各型面(対向面)は24mm×91mmの長方形となっている。また、型締めした状態での各キャビティの形状は直方体状であり、その寸法は6mm×7mm×2mm(高さ)である。また、キャビティは16個形成されており、それらが8個ずつ2列に並列状に配置されている。この2列の間隔は10mmであり、各列において隣り合うキャビティの間隔は1mmである。そして、充填率の評価は、上記16個のキャビティのうち最も充填性が悪いキャビティの充填率について行った。また、充填率は、キャビティの底面積と、クリーニングによりキャビティ形状に加熱成形された加硫ゴムの底面積との比率により求めた。その結果、上記充填率が100%のものを○、上記充填率が100%未満のものを×と評価し、下記の表1,2に併せて表記した。なお、上記クリーニングの条件は、金型再生用シートの寸法を上記型面と同じとし、金型の型締めギャップを0.5mmとし、成形温度を175℃とし、成形時間を5分間とした。
上記充填率が100%のものは、キャビティの隅々までクリーニングができたため、○と評価し、上記充填率が100%に満たないものの90%以上のものは、キャビティのクリーニングが少し劣るため、△と評価し、下記の表1,2に併せて表記した。
2 金型クリーニング材料
Claims (6)
- 秤量が70〜600g/m2 の範囲内で、厚みが0.1〜3.0mmの範囲内である基材となる不織布の片面もしくは両面に、未加硫ゴム系組成物または熱硬化性樹脂系組成物によりエア抜き用空隙を有する所定の盛り上がり形状のパターンが形成され、そのパターンのエア抜き用空隙から基材となる不織布が露呈していることを特徴とする金型再生用シート。
- 上記パターンが、複数の帯,格子または複数の斑点で形成されている請求項1記載の金型再生用シート。
- 上記帯,格子の縦横条または斑点の幅および厚みが、1〜5mmの範囲内に設定され、隣り合う上記帯,格子の縦横条または斑点の隙間が、1〜5mmの範囲内に設定されている請求項2記載の金型再生用シート。
- 上記不織布が、スパンボンド不織布である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金型再生用シート。
- 上記不織布が、エンボス処理されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の金型再生用シート。
- 上記不織布が、融点150℃以上の熱可塑性樹脂からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金型再生用シート。
