Abstract
【解決手段】成形材料を用い繰り返し成形を行う成形用金型の清浄剤組成物である。そして、上記清浄剤組成物が、未加硫ゴムと清浄剤と加硫剤を必須成分とし、かつ清浄剤組成物全体の重量平均分子量(Mw)が、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)の測定において、200,000〜460,000の範囲に設定されている金型清浄剤組成物を用いる。

後記の表1〜表2に示す各成分を同表に示す割合で配合し、これを混練機にして混合混練した後、圧延ロールを用いて厚さ5mmのシートに成形して目的とするシート状の金型清浄剤組成物を作製した。

検出器:示差屈折計(RI)
標準試料:ポリスチレン(PS)
データ処理装置:東ソー社製、GPC−8020
まず、図1に示すように、上記実施例1〜6で得られたシート状の金型清浄剤組成物〔厚さ(図示のT)5mm〕を、幅寸法(図示のA)230mm,長さ寸法(図示のB)300mmに裁断した。そして、このシート10表面の全面にわたって、切れ込み11同士の間隔(図示のC)15mmで、深さ4.5mmの切れ込み11をシート10の幅方向に平行に形成した。すなわち、切れ込み11先端部と、切れ込み11先端に対面するシート10面との距離(図3のD)は0.5mmである。このものでは、ブロック片10aは、20本形成される。上記切れ込み11が形成された各シート状金型清浄剤組成物10を用い、金型寸法の異なる数種類のトランスファー成形機に合うよう、カッティングするとともに、切れ込み11部分から折り畳み、積重して各金型に配置した後、金型を閉め加熱成形し充填率を測定した。その結果は前記のシート状金型清浄剤組成物と同様、充填率が高く充填性は極めて良好であった。

Claims (8)
- 成形材料を用い繰り返し成形を行う加熱成形用金型の清浄剤組成物であって、上記清浄剤組成物が、未加硫ゴムと清浄剤と加硫剤を必須成分とし、かつ清浄剤組成物全体の重量平均分子量(Mw)が、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)の測定において、200,000〜460,000の範囲に設定されていることを特徴とする金型清浄剤組成物。
- 金型清浄剤組成物がシート状または短冊状に形成されている請求項1記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
- 清浄剤が、グリコールエーテル類、イミダゾール類、イミダゾリン類およびアミノアルコール類からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである請求項1または2記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
- 金型清浄剤組成物が、1〜20重量%の水分を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
- 金型清浄剤組成物が、離型剤を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
- 金型清浄剤組成物がシート状であって、それ自体のシート面に、複数の直線状の切れ込みが、一方方向に所定間隔で平行に設けられている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
- 切れ込みが、シートを折り畳み可能とするように設けられている請求項6記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
- 切れ込みが、その切れ込み部分からカッティングできるように設けられている請求項6記載の金型清浄剤組成物。
