Abstract
【解決手段】一対のパネル間に流動状態又はその状態から固化した状態の中間材が配設された複層構造パネルであって、外側パネル16に形成された貫通孔16aに嵌められた雌ねじ部材30と、この雌ねじ部材30に被せられたキャップ40とを備えている。キャップ40は、雌ねじ部材30のねじ孔を塞ぐと共に雌ねじ部材30の外周面に密着される有底筒状の本体部41と、本体部41に支持され、少なくとも一部が外側パネル16に密着可能に構成されたパネル密着寄与部42とを備えている。

Claims (9)
- 相手方パネルとの間に流動状態又はその状態から固化した状態の中間材を挟み込むパネルの貫通孔に固定された雌ねじ部材に装着するためのキャップであって、
前記雌ねじ部材に装着されたときに前記雌ねじ部材のねじ孔を塞ぐと共に当該雌ねじ部材の外周面に密着するように構成される有底筒状の本体部と、
前記本体部に支持され、前記雌ねじ部材に装着されたときに少なくとも一部が前記パネルに密着するように構成されているパネル密着寄与部と、を備えているキャップ。 - 少なくとも前記パネル密着寄与部が弾性材によって構成されている請求項1に記載のキャップ。
- 前記パネル密着寄与部は、前記本体部から遠ざかるにしたがって拡径する形状に形成されている請求項2に記載のキャップ。
- 前記パネル密着寄与部は、前記パネルに密着する先端部と、この先端部と前記本体部との間に形成され、前記先端部よりも厚肉の厚肉部とを備えている請求項1又は2に記載のキャップ。
- 前記厚肉部は、前記雌ねじ部材への装着時に前記本体部の筒状の胴部に略直交する方向に延びる受け面を有する請求項4に記載のキャップ。
- 前記雌ねじ部材は、かしめナットである請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のキャップ。
- 一対のパネル間に流動状態又はその状態から固化した状態の中間材が配設された複層構造パネルであって、
前記一対のパネルの一方に形成された貫通孔に嵌められた雌ねじ部材と、
請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のキャップと、を備え、
前記キャップは、前記一対のパネル間で前記雌ねじ部材に装着されている複層構造パネル。 - 請求項7に記載の複層構造パネルを、ケーシングを構成するパネルとして有し、
前記雌ねじ部材に雄ねじ部材が螺合され、冷凍装置の構成機器が固定されている冷凍コンテナ。 - 一対のパネル間に流動状態又はその状態から固化した状態の中間材が配設された複層構造パネルの製造方法であって、
貫通孔が形成された一方のパネルに嵌められた雌ねじ部材に請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のキャップを装着し、
前記キャップが両パネル間に位置するように、前記一方のパネルと他方のパネルとを組み付け、
前記両パネル間に流動状態の中間材を充填して発泡させる複層構造パネルの製造方法。
