Abstract

Claims (8)
- −軸(104、104A及び104B)に沿って延在する、ヘッド(108、108A及び108B)及びシャフト(109、109A及び109B)を備えるロッド(107、107A及び107B);
−前記ロッドの軸に沿って延在する、前記ロッドの前記ヘッドを格納することができるヘッド(112、112A及び112B)及び前記ロッドのシャフトを格納することができる本体(113、113A及び113B)を備えるスリーブ(111、111A及び111B)であって、前記スリーブ本体は、前記ロッドシャフトの直径より小さい内径を有することにより、前記スリーブと前記シャフトの間に負隙間を提供することができる、スリーブ;
−前記スリーブ本体の外面(115、115A及び115B)に連結され、前記スリーブヘッド近傍に配置された、剛性と圧縮性を有する材料で形成したリング(116、116A及び116B)
を備える、締結デバイス(100、100A及び100B)であって、
前記外面は、構造部品に作製されたドリル穴(103、103A及び103B)の壁(106、106A及び106B)と接触することができ、前記リングは、前記外面と前記壁との間で圧迫されることを特徴とする、締結デバイス(100、100A及び100B)。 - 前記リングは、アクリルポリマーを含む材料から作製される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記材料はマイカも含む、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記リングは、前記スリーブヘッド直下部の半径(117、117A及び117B)の周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ロッドは、引き出しステム(122)を備えるネジ(107及び107A)又はリベット(107B)である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(100、100A及び100B)を製造するための方法であって、
ポリマー材料の液滴を液体又は粘性状態でスリーブ(111、111A及び111B)の外面(115、115A及び115B)に塗布し、前記材料を重合させてリング形状(116、116A及び116B)に固化させるステップを含む、方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の締結デバイス(100、100A及び100B)を構造部品に組付けるための方法であって、
前記部品はドリル穴(103、103A及び103B)を備え、
前記穴は、スリーブ(111、111A及び111B)の本体(113、113A及び113B)を隙間を有して格納することができる壁(106、106A及び106B)を有し、
前記方法は、
−粘性又は液体組成物の層(118、118A及び118B)を、前記スリーブの前記ヘッド(112、112A及び112B)と接触するようになっている前記構造部品の一部(105、119及び119C)に塗布するステップ;
−前記スリーブを前記構造部品の前記ドリル穴に、ロッド(107、107A及び107B)の軸(104、104A及び104B)に沿って挿入することにより、リング(116、116A及び116B)が前記ドリル穴の前記壁を圧迫するステップ;
−前記ロッドを前記スリーブに、前記ロッドの前記軸に沿って挿入することにより、前記スリーブが前記ドリル穴の内部で径方向に膨張し、前記リングが前記スリーブ本体の外面と前記ドリル穴の前記壁との間で圧迫されるステップ
を含む、方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法から得られる、締結デバイス(100、100A及び100B)と構造部品との組立体。
