Description
Claims (15)
- 第1通し口を有するワッシャーと、
第2通し口及び拡張可能部を有し、前記ワッシャーの前記第1通し口に差し込まれるスリーブと、
前記スリーブの前記拡張可能部の少なくとも一部と前記ワッシャーとが第1締り嵌めを形成するように、前記スリーブの前記第2通し口に差し込まれる長状部を有する留め具と、を含む装置。 - 前記ワッシャーは、構造体の穴の直径よりも大きい外径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブと、前記スリーブの前記第2通し口内にある前記留め具とが、共に前記穴に差し込まれている状態で、前記ワッシャーは、前記穴にシールを形成している、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記シールは、粒子が、前記穴を通って前記構造体から流出することを実質的に防止する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記穴を有する前記構造体
を更に含む、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記留め具の前記長状部に接続される固定機構を更に含み、前記固定機構は、前記構造体の表面に対して前記ワッシャーを保持することにより、前記スリーブが前記穴に取り付けられた時、前記ワッシャーが、前記穴の周りに前記シールを形成するようにする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、フランジを含み、当該フランジは、前記留め具が前記スリーブの第2通し口に差し込まれた状態では、前記留め具のヘッドに支持され、前記ワッシャーは、前記スリーブが前記ワッシャーの前記第1通し口に差し込まれた状態では、前記スリーブの前記フランジに支持される、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、穴に取り付けられており、前記スリーブと前記穴の壁との間に第2締り嵌めが形成されている、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記ワッシャーの表面を覆うコーティングを更に含み、前記コーティングは、前記スリーブと前記ワッシャーとの間の電流の流れを低減する誘電材料、又は、前記ワッシャーの腐食を実質的に防ぐ耐食性材料のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記ワッシャーは、第1直径を有する第1部分と、前記第1直径よりも小さい第2直径を有する第2部分とを有する、請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の装置。
- 構造体の穴にシールを形成する方法であって、
ワッシャーの第1通し口にスリーブを差し込むことと、
前記スリーブと前記ワッシャーとを前記穴に対して位置決めすることと、
留め具の長状部を前記スリーブの拡張可能部に差し込み、前記留め具と前記スリーブとを前記穴に取り付けることとを含み、前記スリーブに前記留め具の前記長状部を差し込むことにより、前記スリーブの前記拡張可能部の少なくとも一部が、前記ワッシャーと第1締り嵌めを形成し、
前記留め具の前記長状部に固定機構を配置し、前記構造体の表面に対して前記ワッシャーを保持することを更に含む、方法。 - 前記スリーブと前記穴の壁との間で第2締り嵌めを形成することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ワッシャーの前記第1通し口に前記スリーブを差し込む前に、前記ワッシャーにコーティングを施すことを更に含み、前記コーティングは、誘電材料又は耐食性材料のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11〜12に記載の方法。
- 前記シールは、スパークを封じ込めることにより、粒子が、前記穴を通って前記構造体から流出することを実質的に防止する、請求項11〜13に記載の方法。
- 前記ワッシャーの前記第1通し口に前記スリーブを差し込むことは、
前記ワッシャーの皿穴部分が、前記スリーブのフランジと対向するように、前記ワッシャーの前記第1通し口に前記スリーブを差し込むことを含む、請求項11〜14に記載の方法。
