Abstract
【解決手段】 モータやモータからの動力を変速して駆動軸に出力する変速機を潤滑や冷却する潤滑冷却オイルのオイル温度Toilに緩変化処理を施した温度としての実行用オイル温度Toil*を設定し(ステップS180)、設定した実行用オイル温度Toil*とモータのコイル温度Tcoil2とに基づいてモータMG2の負荷率R2を設定し(ステップS190)、設定した負荷率R2を用いてモータトルク指令Tm2*を設定し、トルク指令Tm2*のトルクが出力されるようモータを駆動制御する(ステップS200)。潤滑冷却オイルのオイル温度Toilを考慮してモータを駆動制御するから、潤滑冷却オイルの温度を考慮しないものに比してより適正にモータを駆動することができる。

Claims (7)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
該動力出力装置に含まれる一部の機械部分を潤滑する潤滑媒体の少なくとも一部と熱交換するよう配置され、前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
前記潤滑媒体の温度を検出する媒体温度検出手段と、
前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度を考慮して前記検出された電動機の温度に基づいて前記電動機の駆動制限を設定する駆動制限設定手段と、
前記設定された駆動制限の範囲内で前記電動機が駆動するよう該電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記駆動制限設定手段は、前記潤滑媒体の温度が高いほど前記電動機の駆動を大きく制限する傾向で前記駆動制限を設定する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記駆動制限設定手段は、前記潤滑媒体の温度に対して緩変化処理を用いて前記駆動制限を設定する手段である請求項2記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、前記電動機からの動力を変速して前記駆動軸に伝達する変速伝達手段を備え、
前記潤滑媒体は、前記変速伝達手段に含まれる機械部分を潤滑する媒体である
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記駆動軸に動力を出力する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちいずれか2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記第3の軸に動力を入出力する発電機と、
を備え、
前記潤滑媒体は、前記3軸式動力入出力手段に含まれる機械部分を潤滑する媒体である
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、前記駆動軸が車軸に接続されてなる車両。
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、該動力出力装置に含まれる少なくとも一部の機械部分を潤滑する潤滑媒体の少なくとも一部と熱交換するよう配置され前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記潤滑媒体の温度を考慮した前記電動機の温度に基づく駆動制限の範囲内で前記電動機が駆動するよう該電動機を制御する
動力出力装置の制御方法。
