Claims (8)
- 車両を駆動するモータの温度を取得するモータ温度取得部と、
前記モータを冷却するオイルの温度を取得するオイル温度取得部と、
前記モータの回転数を取得する回転数取得部と、
前記モータの温度、前記オイルの温度、及び前記モータの回転数に応じて定められた係数に基づいて前記モータのトルクを制限するトルク制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、車両の制御装置。 - 前記モータ温度取得部は、前記モータのステータの温度を検出する温度センサから前記モータの温度を取得することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記オイル温度取得部は、前記オイルを貯留する貯留部内の前記オイルの温度を検出する温度センサから前記オイルの温度を取得することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記トルク制御部は、前記モータの回転数が大きいほど、前記モータのトルクの制限量を大きくすることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記モータの温度に応じて予め設定された、前記モータの回転数、前記オイルの温度及び前記係数との関係を規定した複数のマップに基づいて、前記モータのトルクを制御することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記トルク制御部は、前記マップにおいて、前記オイルの温度が高いほど、前記モータのトルクの制限をかける範囲を拡大することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記トルク制御部は、前記オイルの温度が所定値に達すると、前記モータの温度及び前記モータの回転数に関わらず前記モータのトルクを0に制限することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記トルク制御部は、前記モータの温度が所定値以下の場合は、前記モータの回転数に関わらず前記モータのトルクに制限をかけず、且つ、前記オイルの温度が所定値に達する場合は前記モータのトルクを0に制限することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
