Abstract
【解決手段】プレート合体装置1はプレートセット治具17を備えている。プレートセット治具17はフレーム30とホルダ31a,31bと合体部32と誤装着防止部60を備えている。ホルダ31a,31bは絶縁プレート3を保持しかつ互いに間隔をあけて複数設けられフレーム30に互いに接離自在に支持されている。合体部32は互いの間にホルダ31a,31bを位置付けてホルダ31a,31b同士を近づける一対の挟持部材50を備えている。誤装着防止部60はホルダ31a,31bに誤った絶縁プレート3が装着されていると絶縁プレート3同士が合体するまでホルダ31a,31b同士が近づくことを規制する。

Claims (5)
- 複数の端子を互いに並設して保持する絶縁体を互いに積層してコネクタを組み立てる装置であって、
前記絶縁体は、前記端子を載置する壁と、前記コネクタに組み立てられる際に積層される順番を示す識別部とを備えており、
前記壁が互いに間隔を存した状態で前記絶縁体を装着し、かつ対応する前記絶縁体の識別部に対応した対応部を備えているとともに、互いに接離自在に設けられた複数のホルダと、
前記ホルダ同士を近づけて前記絶縁体を互いに積層する合体部と、
前記ホルダそれぞれに対応する識別部を有する絶縁体が装着されると、前記ホルダ同士が近づくことを許容し、かつ少なくとも一つのホルダに誤った識別部を有する絶縁体が装着されると、前記絶縁体同士が合体するまでホルダ同士が近づくことを規制する誤装着防止手段と、を備えた絶縁体合体装置において、
前記ホルダは、前記対応部が設けられた本体部と、一端部が本体部に回転自在に設けられかつ対応部に対応した識別部を有する絶縁体が本体部に取り付けられると、該本体部との間に挟む挟持部と、を備え、
前記誤装着防止手段は、
前記ホルダそれぞれの挟持部に設けられ、かつ該挟持部から隣接するホルダの挟持部に向かって凸の突出ピンと、
前記ホルダそれぞれの挟持部に設けられ、かつ該挟持部を貫通しているとともに、ホルダに正規の絶縁体が装着されると隣接するホルダの前記挟持部に設けられた前記突出ピンが侵入可能となるとともに、ホルダに誤った絶縁体が装着されると隣接するホルダの前記挟持部に設けられた前記突出ピンが侵入することが規制された凹みと、
を備えたことを特徴とする絶縁体合体装置。 - 前記突出ピン及び前記凹みは、互いに隣り合うホルダ間では前記ホルダ同士が近づく方向に対して直交する方向に沿って間隔をあけた位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の絶縁体合体装置。
- 前記突出ピン及び前記凹みは、一つ置きのホルダ間では前記ホルダ同士が近づく方向に沿って並ぶ位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の絶縁体合体装置。
- 前記複数のホルダに一括して前記絶縁体を装着可能とする装着治具を備え、
前記装着治具は、
治具本体と、
互いに間隔をあけて配置されかつ前記治具本体から立設しているとともに互いに隣り合うホルダ間に侵入可能な立設片と、を備え、
互いに隣り合う立設片間に前記絶縁体を挟みこんで当該絶縁体を保持して、前記立設片が前記ホルダ間に挿入されることで、各ホルダに前記絶縁体を装着させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の絶縁体合体装置。 - 前記装着治具を着脱自在でかつ該装着治具が取り付けられた状態で前記絶縁体が取り付けられる仮置き治具を備えた絶縁体合体装置において、
前記仮置き治具は、
前記装着治具を装着可能な仮置き治具本体と、
前記仮置き治具本体に装着された装着治具の互いに隣り合う立設片間に侵入可能であるとともに端面に前記絶縁体の識別部が重ねられる侵入片と、
前記侵入片の前記端面に設けられかつ対応する絶縁体の識別部に対応した第2対応部とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の絶縁体合体装置。
