Abstract
【解決手段】金属板11の第1の主面11aに円板状の第1の圧電素子12を接合し、且つ、金属板11の第2の主面11bに円板状の第2の圧電素子13を接合してなるバイモルフ型圧電振動子10は、第1の圧電素子12の直径R1と第2の圧電素子R2の直径とを異ならせてある。第2の圧電素子13の直径R2を第1の圧電素子R1の直径より小さくし、この第2の圧電素子13の周囲にある金属板11の第2の主面11bにリード線半田付けランド部14を確保する。

Claims (4)
- 金属板の第1の主面に円板状の第1の圧電素子が接合され、且つ、前記金属板の第2の主面に円板状の第2の圧電素子が接合されてなる圧電振動子と、この圧電振動子を保持するフレームとを備えた圧電型電気音響変換器において、前記第1の圧電素子の直径と前記第2の圧電素子の直径とを異ならせたことを特徴とする圧電型電気音響変換器。
- 前記第2の圧電素子の直径が前記第1の圧電素子の直径より小さく、この第2の圧電素子の周囲にある前記金属板の第2の主面にリード線半田付けランド部を確保した請求項1に記載の圧電型電気音響変換器。
- 内縁部が前記圧電振動子の外縁部に接合され、且つ、外縁部が前記フレームに接合されるリング状の支持部材を備えた請求項1又は2に記載の圧電型電気音響変換器。
- 前記金属板の第2の主面の前記リード線半田付け部より外側に前記支持部材の内縁部の貼り代を確保した請求項3に記載の圧電型電気音響変換器。
