Abstract
【解決手段】本仕上げシステムは、可動継手を備える回転可能アームと、該回転可能アームに対して連結された赤外線ランプと、回転可能アームと可動継手とを貫通延在する電気ケーブルとを備える。また、別形態においては、基部と、第1回転継手を介して該基部に連結されたアームであって、弧状形状を有するアームとを備える。該システムまた、第2回転継手を介してアームに対して連結されたヘッドと、該ヘッドに対して連結された赤外線ランプと、該赤外線ランプの近傍に配設された温度センサとを含み得る。更に該システムは、第1回転継手と、アームと、第2回転継手とを貫通延在する空気流通路を含み得る。更に、空気流通路内には、赤外線ランプおよび温度センサまで延在する電気ケーブルが配設され得る。

Claims (20)
- 可動継手を備える回転可能アームと、
前記回転可能アームに対して連結された赤外線ランプと、
前記回転可能アームと前記可動継手とを貫通延在する電気ケーブルとを具備する、
システム。 - 前記回転可能アームは弧状形状を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可動継手は調節可能摩擦継手を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可動継手は前記回転可能アームと前記赤外線ランプとの間に配設される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可動継手は電気ケーブル通路を有する回転継手を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記可動継手は電気ケーブル通路を有する線形摺動継手を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記可動継手は異なる自由度を有する複数の継手を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記可動継手は前記回転可能アームと基礎部分との間に配設される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基礎部分はオーバヘッド取付け部を有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記基礎部分は床部取付け部を有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気ケーブルは、前記回転可能アームと前記可動継手とを貫通延在する空気流通路内に配設される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記空気流通路に対して空気的に連通されたファンを有する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記空気流通路は前記赤外線ランプの近傍に配設された高温計に向けて導向される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記高温計の近傍に配設されたレーザ照準器を有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記高温計と前記赤外線ランプとに対して連結された閉ループ制御器を有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 回転可能アーム内において赤外線ランプに至る通路を貫通させて電気ケーブルを経路設定する段階と、
前記電気ケーブルに沿い前記通路を通して空気流を送る段階とを有する、
方法。 - 前記経路設定段階は、前記電気ケーブルを前記回転可能アーム内にほぼ完全に覆い隠す段階を有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記経路設定段階は、前記回転可能アームに対して連結された一つ以上の可動継手に対して前記電気ケーブルを貫通通過させる段階を有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記空気流を送る段階は、前記一つ以上の可動継手を通して空気流を導向する段階を有する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記空気流を送る段階は、前記赤外線ランプの近傍に配設された温度センサに向けて空気流を導向する段階を有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
