Abstract

本发明提出一种隔音棉涂胶方法,该方法通过温度传感器采集储胶桶内和涂胶辊表面的温度,并发送给主控模块;通过转速采集单元采集涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速,并发送给主控模块;主控模块将采集到的温度数据与预先设置的目标温度值和目标转速值比较,并根据比较结果实现闭环控制,生成温度和转速控制指令,并发送给相应单元。本发明可实现隔音棉涂胶过程中,胶料温度和驱动电机转速的自适应控制,无需停止生产线即可根据实时采集到的数据实现温度控制和速度控制。

一种隔音棉涂胶方法
技术领域
本发明涉及隔音棉生产工艺,尤其是一种隔音棉涂胶方法。
背景技术
隔音棉在生产过程中需要经过涂胶这一工艺流程,涂胶时,由于胶料会在低温时凝固,因此需要搅拌储胶桶里的胶料,并同时辅以加热,以保持胶料顺利流出至涂胶辊。涂胶辊在上胶时其表面也需加热,以避免涂胶辊表面胶料凝固,导致涂抹不均匀,另一方面,涂胶辊的转速须与储胶桶送胶速度以及隔音棉送料速度相适应。但是,现有的加热方法通常都是采用恒温加热,一方面浪费能源,另一方面也不能根据实际温度调节储胶桶和涂胶辊的温度,导致涂胶效果不佳。现有的送胶速度和隔音棉送料速度也都是靠人工手工调整完成,无法实现自适应控制。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种隔音棉涂胶方法。
技术方案:本发明的技术方案为:
一种隔音棉涂胶方法,包括步骤:
(1)构建涂胶控制系统,包括:温度传感器、电加热器、涂胶辊驱动电机、转速采集单元、搅拌机和主控模块;
(2)将温度传感器分别设置在储胶桶外壁和涂胶辊表面,通过温度传感器采集储胶桶内和涂胶辊表面的温度,并发送给主控模块;通过转速采集单元采集涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速,并发送给主控模块;
(3)主控模块将采集到的温度数据与预先设置的目标温度值求差,并根据温度差实现温度闭环控制,生成温度控制指令,并发送给电加热器,控制电加热器给储胶桶和涂胶辊加热的温度;
(4)在步骤(3)执行的同时,主控模块将采集到转速数据与预先设置的目标转速值求差,并根据转速差实现转速闭环控制,生成涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速控制指令,并发送给相应电机。
进一步的,所述涂胶控制系统还包括告警模块,主控模块实时接收各采集单元上传的数据,若在一段预设的时间内有某个采集模块未上传数据,则主控模块判定相应采集模块异常,并启动告警模块,向外界发出告警。
进一步的,所述温度和转速的闭环控制均通过闭环控制器实现,所述闭环控制器包括依次串联的电加热器、温度传感器、减法器、放大器、滞回比较器和主控模块内置的电加热器驱动电路;电加热器的输入端与电加热器驱动电路的输出端相连形成闭环回路,减法器一端连接设定电压或电流,另一端连接温度传感器的输出端。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
本发明可实现隔音棉涂胶过程中,胶料温度和驱动电机转速的自适应控制,无需停止生产线即可根据实时采集到的数据实现温度控制和速度控制。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
图1为本发明的系统架构图。本发明中的涂胶控制系统,包括:温度传感器、电加热器、涂胶辊驱动电机、转速采集单元、搅拌机、告警模块和主控模块;主控模块分别与温度传感器、电加热器、涂胶辊驱动电机、转速采集单元、搅拌机、告警模块和主控模块相连。
本发明提供的隔音棉涂胶方法包括步骤:
1、将温度传感器分别设置在储胶桶外壁和涂胶辊表面,通过温度传感器采集储胶桶内和涂胶辊表面的温度,并发送给主控模块;通过转速采集单元采集涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速,并发送给主控模块;
2、主控模块将采集到的温度数据与预先设置的目标温度值求差,并根据温度差实现温度闭环控制,生成温度控制指令,并发送给电加热器,控制电加热器给储胶桶和涂胶辊加热的温度;
3、在步骤2执行的同时,主控模块将采集到转速数据与预先设置的目标转速值求差,并根据转速差实现转速闭环控制,生成涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速控制指令,并发送给相应电机;
4、主控模块实时接收各采集单元上传的数据,若在一段预设的时间内有某个采集模块未上传数据,则主控模块判定相应采集模块异常,并启动告警模块,向外界发出告警。
上述方案中,温度和转速的闭环控制均通过闭环控制器实现,所述闭环控制器包括依次串联的电加热器、温度传感器、减法器、放大器、滞回比较器和主控模块内置的电加热器驱动电路;电加热器的输入端与电加热器驱动电路的输出端相连形成闭环回路,减法器一端连接设定电压或电流,另一端连接温度传感器的输出端。
在执行本方法时,目标温度和目标转速可通过外部接口导入主控模块,同时,操作人员可通过主控模块实现各个功能模块的参数配置。

1.一种隔音棉涂胶方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)构建涂胶控制系统,包括:温度传感器、电加热器、涂胶辊驱动电机、转速采集单元、搅拌机和主控模块;
(2)将温度传感器分别设置在储胶桶外壁和涂胶辊表面,通过温度传感器采集储胶桶内和涂胶辊表面的温度,并发送给主控模块;通过转速采集单元采集涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速,并发送给主控模块;
(3)主控模块将采集到的温度数据与预先设置的目标温度值求差,并根据温度差实现温度闭环控制,生成温度控制指令,并发送给电加热器,控制电加热器给储胶桶和涂胶辊加热的温度;
(4)在步骤(3)执行的同时,主控模块将采集到转速数据与预先设置的目标转速值求差,并根据转速差实现转速闭环控制,生成涂胶辊驱动电机和搅拌机的转速控制指令,并发送给相应电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音棉涂胶方法,其特征在于,所述涂胶控制系统还包括告警模块,主控模块实时接收各采集单元上传的数据,若在一段预设的时间内有某个采集模块未上传数据,则主控模块判定相应采集模块异常,并启动告警模块,向外界发出告警。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔音棉涂胶方法,其特征在于,所述温度和转速的闭环控制均通过闭环控制器实现,所述闭环控制器包括依次串联的电加热器、温度传感器、减法器、放大器、滞回比较器和主控模块内置的电加热器驱动电路;电加热器的输入端与电加热器驱动电路的输出端相连形成闭环回路,减法器一端连接设定电压或电流,另一端连接温度传感器的输出端。
