Abstract
【解決手段】冷却風量制御装置10は、バッテリ温度に基づいて所定時間あたりのバッテリ温度の変化量を示すバッテリ温度変化率を算出し、算出したバッテリ温度変化率が所定の抑制制御条件を満たす場合、バッテリ温度が基準温度以下であるか否かに拘わらず、冷却ファン20の冷却風量を抑制制御する。

を取得する(S302)。なお、内部抵抗rは、例えば、バッテリ温度Tbと内部抵抗rとの関係を示す参照テーブルを予め記憶部18に格納しておき、その参照テーブルに基づいてバッテリ温度Tbに応じた内部抵抗rを求めてもよい。また、所定期間にバッテリ電圧Vと充放電電流Iとのペアデータを複数個取得して記憶し、そのペアデータから、回帰分析により1次の近似直線(電圧V−電流I近似直線)を求め、V−I近似直線の傾きから内部抵抗rを求めてもよい。

Claims (9)
- バッテリに冷却風を供給して前記バッテリを冷却する冷却手段と、
前記バッテリのバッテリ温度の所定時間あたりの変化量を示すバッテリ温度変化率を算出する温度変化率算出部と、
バッテリ温度が所定の基準温度以下となるように前記冷却手段の冷却風量を制御する風量制御部であって、前記バッテリ温度変化率が所定の抑制制御条件を満たす場合、バッテリ温度が前記基準温度以下であるか否かに拘わらず、前記冷却手段の冷却風量を抑制制御する風量制御部と、
を備えるバッテリ冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリ冷却装置において、
前記風量制御部は、
前記抑制制御を開始した後、バッテリ温度が前記基準温度より高い所定の上限閾温度以上となった場合、前記抑制制御を停止する、
ことを特徴とするバッテリ冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリ冷却装置において、
前記風量制御部は、
前記抑制制御を開始してから所定の抑制期間が経過すると、前記抑制制御を停止する、
ことを特徴とするバッテリ冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリ冷却装置において、
前記風量制御部は、
前記バッテリ温度が高くなるにつれて前記冷却手段の冷却風量を増加させるように調整する手段であって、前記冷却風量を増加させたことに対応して前記バッテリ温度変化率の算出を行う、
ことを特徴とするバッテリ冷却装置。 - 請求項4に記載のバッテリ冷却装置において、
前記風量制御部は、
前記冷却風量が多いほど短くなるように前記抑制制御の実行期間を示す抑制期間を設定し、前記抑制制御を開始してから前記抑制期間が経過すると前記抑制制御を停止する、
ことを特徴とするバッテリ冷却装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のバッテリ冷却装置において、
前記風量制御部は、
前記バッテリ温度変化率が、所定の数値範囲に含まれる場合に前記抑制制御条件を満たすと判定する、
ことを特徴とするバッテリ冷却装置。 - 請求項6に記載のバッテリ冷却装置において、
前記バッテリ温度変化率を、ΔTbとした場合、
前記数値範囲は、
α<ΔTb<β、ただし、α<0、β>0、
により定められ、
|α|>|β|
を満たすことを特徴とするバッテリ冷却装置。 - バッテリに冷却風を供給して前記バッテリを冷却する冷却手段の冷却風量を前記バッテリのバッテリ温度に基づいて制御する冷却風量制御装置において、
前記バッテリのバッテリ温度の所定時間あたりの変化量を示すバッテリ温度変化率を算出する温度変化率算出部と、
バッテリ温度が所定の基準温度以下となるように前記冷却手段の冷却風量を制御する風量制御部であって、前記バッテリ温度変化率が所定の抑制制御条件を満たす場合、バッテリ温度が前記基準温度以下であるか否かに拘わらず、前記冷却手段の冷却風量を抑制制御する風量制御部と、を備える冷却風量制御装置。 - バッテリに冷却風を供給して前記バッテリを冷却する冷却手段の冷却風量を前記バッテリのバッテリ温度に基づいて制御する冷却風量制御装置としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムであって、
前記バッテリのバッテリ温度の所定時間あたりの変化量を示すバッテリ温度変化率を算出する温度変化率算出ステップと、
バッテリ温度が所定の基準温度以下となるように前記冷却手段の冷却風量を制御する風量制御ステップであって、前記バッテリ温度変化率が所定の抑制制御条件を満たす場合、バッテリ温度が前記基準温度以下であるか否かに拘わらず、前記冷却手段の冷却風量を抑制制御する風量制御ステップと、
を前記コンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
