Claims (12)
- 第1透明板と;
前記第1透明板と対向して所定間隔離隔して配置される第2透明板と;
それぞれマトリックス状に配列された複数の第1電極領域及び複数の第2電極領域を形成し、前記複数の第1電極領域中の少なくともいずれか一つは四つの前記第2電極領域と隣接して形成された透明電極と;
隣接した一対の前記第1電極領域にそれぞれ接続される一対のアノード電極と前記アノード電極が接続された前記一対の第1電極領域に隣接した一対の前記第2電極領域にそれぞれ接続される一対のカソード電極を有して、前記複数の第1電極領域が第1方向に形成された複数の第1信号ラインを形成し、前記複数の第2電極領域が前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に形成された複数の第2信号ラインを形成するように前記透明電極に付着される複数のチップLEDと;
前記複数のチップLEDが選択的に点滅するように前記複数の第1信号ラインと前記複数の第2信号ラインに選択的に制御信号を印加する制御部と;
を含むことを特徴とする透明電光板。 - 第1透明板と;
前記第1透明板と対向して所定間隔離隔して配置される第2透明板と;
それぞれマトリックス状に配列された複数の第1電極領域及び複数の第2電極領域を形成して、前記複数の第1電極領域中の少なくともいずれか一つは四つの前記第2電極領域と隣接して形成された透明電極と;
隣接した一対の前記第1電極領域にそれぞれ接続されて相互電気的に接続された一対の第1電極と、前記第1電極が接続された前記一対の第1電極領域に隣接した一対の前記第2電極領域にそれぞれ接続されて相互電気的に連結された一対の第2電極と、を有して、前記複数の第1電極領域が第1方向に形成された複数の第1信号ラインを形成し、前記複数の第2電極領域が前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に形成された複数の第2信号ラインを形成するように前記透明電極に付着される複数のライン形成チップと;
前記第1信号ラインと連結されるように前記第1電極領域中のいずれか一つに接続されるアノード電極と、前記第2信号ラインと連結されるように前記第2電極領域中のいずれか一つに接続されるカソード電極と、を有する複数のチップLEDと;
前記複数のチップLEDが選択的に点滅するように前記複数の第1信号ラインと前記複数の第2信号ラインに選択的に制御信号を印加する制御部と;
を含むことを特徴とする透明電光板。 - 前記チップLEDは、単色2電極チップLEDを含ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の透明電光板。
- 前記第1信号ライン及び前記第2信号ラインの縁部をそれぞれ形成する前記第1電極領域及び前記第2電極領域には、前記制御信号が入力される信号パッドが塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3中いずれか1に記載の透明電光板。
- 前記第1透明板の板面は四角形状を有して、前記第1電極領域と前記第2電極領域を電気的に分離する境界は、前記第1透明板の対角方向または縦横方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の透明電光板。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の第1信号ライン及び前記複数の第2信号ライン中のいずれか一方側を順次オンさせて、前記複数の第1信号ライン及び前記複数の第2信号ライン中の他方側を選択的にオンさせることで前記チップLEDの点滅を制御することができることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の透明電光板。
- 前記第1透明板と前記第2透明板の間に充填される充填剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の透明電光板。
- 単色を発光するLEDチップと;前記LEDチップのアノードおよびカソード中いずれか一つと電気的に連結されて、外部に露出された一対の第1電極と;前記LEDチップの前記アノードおよび前記カソード中の他の一つと電気的に連結されて、前記一対の第1電極と対角方向に相互交差するように外部に露出された一対の第2電極と;を含むことを特徴とするチップLED。
- 前記第1電極及び前記第2電極が実装されるLED基板をさらに含んで、前記LEDチップは前記LED基板に実装された前記第1電極及び前記第2電極に接続され、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極は前記LED基板の前記LEDチップが接続された面から反対側面に折曲形成されて外部に露出されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のチップLED。
- 前記一対の第1電極は、前記LEDチップが接続される面に電気的に分離されて実装され、前記一対の第1電極を相互電気的に連結するジャンパ線を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のチップLED。
- 相互隣接する四つの電極領域を連結し、前記四つの電極領域中、相互対角方向に位置する一対の電極領域にそれぞれ接続されて前記一対の電極領域を相互電気的に連結する一対の第1電極と;前記四つの電極領域中、他の一対の電極領域にそれぞれ接続されて前記他の一対の電極領域を相互電気的に連結する一対の第2電極と;を含むことを特徴とするライン形成チップ。
- 前記一対の第1電極は、前記LEDチップの接続面に電気的に分離されて実装され、前記一対の第1電極を相互電気的に連結するジャンパ線を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のライン形成チップ。
