Claims (16)
- 屋内で使用される対象物を装飾する装飾装置であって、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、一方の面と他方の面が発光する複数の発光素子を有する前記対象物の一側に配置される発光装置を備え、
室内等が消灯したときの前記対象物と前記発光装置との距離が90cm以下である装飾装置。 - 前記対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が60cm以下である請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が30cm以下である請求項1又は2に記載の装飾装置。
- 屋内で使用される対象物を装飾する装飾装置であって、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、一方の面と他方の面が発光する複数の発光素子を備え、前記対象物の一側に配置される発光装置を備え、
室内等が点灯したときの前記対象物と前記発光装置との距離が150cm以下である装飾装置。 - 前記対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が120cm以下である請求項4に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が90cm以下である請求項4又は5に記載の装飾装置。
- 横軸を前記距離とし、縦軸を前記対象物の周囲の照度としたときに、
前記対象物と前記発光装置の前記距離と、前記発光装置の周囲の照度とによって規定される点が、点(30cm,100[lx]),点(90cm,456[lx]),点(10,000cm,100,000[lx])を結ぶ直線より上の領域に含まれる請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装飾装置。 - 前記発光装置は、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、導電層が形成された第1基板と、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、前記第1基板に対向して配置される第2基板と、
前記導電層に接続される電極を有し、前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間に配置される複数の発光素子と、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に配置され、複数の前記発光素子を保持する樹脂層と、
を備える請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装飾装置。 - 前記発光素子は、マトリクス状に配置されている請求項8に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板は、前記発光素子を包囲するように湾曲している請求項8又は9に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の屈折率と、前記樹脂層の屈折率は異なっている請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記発光素子の前記電極は、バンプを介して前記導電層に接続され、
前記発光素子からの光は、前記電極及び前記バンプによって反射される請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の装飾装置。 - 光透過性及び可撓性を有し、複数の発光素子を備える発光装置の使用方法であって、
室内に配置された前記対象物の一側に、室内等を消灯して、前記対象物からの距離が150cm以下になるように前記発光装置を配置し、
前記発光装置の複数の前記発光素子を発光させる
発光装置の使用方法。 - 光透過性及び可撓性を有し、一方の面と他方の面が発光する複数の発光素子を備える発光装置と、
前記発光装置から所定距離離れたところに位置する反射部材と、
を備える車両用発光具を備え、
前記発光装置と前記反射部材までの前記距離が0cmから60cmである車両。 - 複数の前記発光素子それぞれと前記反射部材の距離が等しい請求項14に記載の車両。
- 複数の前記発光素子それぞれと前記反射部材の距離の差が30cm以内である請求項14又は15に記載の車両。
