Claims (10)
- 観察者と観察対象物との間に置かれる発光装置を備え、
前記発光装置は、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、導電層が形成された第1基板と、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、前記第1基板に対向して配置される第2基板と、
前記導電層に接続される電極を有し、前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間に配置される複数の発光素子と、
光透過性及び可撓性を有し、前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に配置され、複数の前記発光素子を保持する樹脂層と、
を有し、
前記発光装置の点灯時に前記発光装置を通して前記観察対象物を視認可能とする、前記観察対象物から前記発光装置までの距離を有し、
横軸を前記距離とし、縦軸を前記観察対象物が置かれる場所の照度としたときに、
前記観察対象物と前記発光装置の前記距離と、前記照度とによって規定される点が、点(30cm,100[lx])と点(90cm,456[lx])とを結ぶ線、および、前記点(90cm,456[lx])と点(10,000cm,100,000[lx])とを結ぶ線を境界とする高照度側の領域に含まれる装飾装置。 - 前記観察対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が60cm以下である請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記観察対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が30cm以下である請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記観察対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が150cm以下である請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記観察対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が120cm以下である請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記観察対象物と前記発光装置との前記距離が90cm以下である請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記発光素子は、マトリクス状に配置されている請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板は、前記発光素子を包囲するように湾曲している請求項1に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の屈折率と、前記樹脂層の屈折率は異なっている請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装飾装置。
- 前記発光素子の前記電極は、バンプを介して前記導電層に接続され、
前記発光素子からの光は、前記電極及び前記バンプによって反射される請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装飾装置。
