Description
Claims (5)
- 엘시디(LCD)나 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(PDP)등의 디스플레이 장치에 사용되는 투명전극(200)을 유리판이나 아크릴등의 제 1 투명패널(100)상에 도포(coating)하는 단계,상기 도포된 투명전극(200)을 화학적 에칭이나 물리적 분할 방식으로 복수개의 면으로 분할하는 면분할 단계,상기 면분할 단계에서 형성된 각각의 분할면이 사용자가 원하는 전기적 회로 패턴을 형성하도록 면분할 선을 형성하는 단계,상기 면 분할된 투명전극(200)의 분할면 상에 전도성 접착제(500)를 이용하여 조명용인 엘이디(400)의 전극(401)을 부착하는 단계,상기 제 1 투명패널(100)상에 도포된 투명전극(200)의 상부에 투명한 재질의 밀봉재(700)를 제 1 투명패널(100)과 제 2 투명패널(101)의 사이에 충진시켜 두 패널을 상호 부착시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 투명전극과 투명패널을 이용한 엘이디 조명장치의 그 제조방법.
- 청구항 1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 투명전극과 투명패널을 이용한 엘이디 조명장치에 있어서,유리판이나 아크릴등의 투명성 재질로 구성되는 제 1 투명패널(100)과,상기 제 1 투명패널(100) 상에 전도성 코팅물질을 도포(coating)하는 투명전극(200)과,상기 투명전극(200)을 복수개로 분할하여 생성되는 회로패턴인 면 분할선(300)과,상기 면 분할선(300)의 양측에 위치하는 상기 투명전극(200) 상에 접착되는 전도성 접착제(500)와,상기 전도성 접착제(500)을 매개로 하여 상기 투명전극(200)에 접착되는 엘이디(Light Emitting Display)와,상기 투명전극(200)의 상부에 충진되는 투명성 충진재(700) 및,상기 충진재(700)의 상부에 부착설치되는 제 2 투명패널(101)을 포함하여 구성되는 투명전극과 투명패널을 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 투명전극(200)이 도포하는 전도성 코팅물질은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), 또는 액상 폴리머 중 어느 하나 인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명전극과 투명패널을 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 투명전극(200)상에 2개 또는 그 이상의 복수개의 전원공급용 전도성 테이프(600)가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명전극과 투명패널을 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 면 분할선(300)을 통해 구성되는 엘이디(400)는, 병렬구조로 형성되거나, 직렬구조로 형성되거나, 직·병렬구조로 형성되는 것 중의 어느 하나의 구성 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명전극과 투명패널을 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
