Claims (5)
- 발광다이오드를 이용한 사인물 발광장치에 있어서,소정의 크기를 갖고 배면에 전원공급선(31, 32) 및 저항과 발광다이오드가 직렬로 연결되도록 회로선(33)이 인쇄된 인쇄회로기판(30);상기 인쇄회로기판(30)의 전면에 다수의 발광다이오드(10)가 직렬로 연결되어 매트릭스형태로 설치되는 발광부;상기 발광부의 시작 발광다이오드의 P형전극리드와 전원공급선 사이에 결합되는 순방향저항(20);상기 발광부의 말단 발광다이오드의 N형전극리드와 전원공급선 사이에 결합되는 역방향저항(21);상기 전원공급선(31, 32)과 연결되고 외부 전원으로부터 전류를 입력받는 전원입력부(40); 및상기 전원공급선(31, 32)에 연결되어 전류를 출력하는 전원출력부(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 발광소자를 이용한 사인물 발광모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전원입력부(40)는 홈이 형성되고 리드선이 돌출된 암커넥터; 및상기 전원출력부(50)는 상기 홈에 삽입되어 결합되는 외형과 상기 리드선이 삽입되는 홈이 형성된 수커넥터;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 발광소자를 이용한 사인물 발광모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전원입력부(40) 및 상기 전원출력부(50)는 홈이 형성되고 리드선이 돌출된 암커넥터;로 이루어지고,양말단 부분이 상기 홈에 삽입되어 결합되는 외형으로 상기 리드선이 삽입되는 홈이 형성된 수커넥터로 이루어진 연결부(300);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 발광소자를 이용한 사인물 발광모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판(30)은발광다이오드(10)가 설치되는 전면에 반사율을 높이기 위한 백색도료를 도포한 것;을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 발광소자를 이용한 사인물 발광모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광다이오드가 설치된 인쇄회로기판 전면 및 상기 순방향저항, 역방향저항, 발광다이오드의 전극리드선이 연결된 배면에 에폭시수지를 이용한 방수절연층(400);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 발광소자를 이용한 사인물 발광모듈.
