Abstract

本实用新型可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其主要将灯管的驱动模块放置在灯管的两侧,其至少包含有:一灯管、一发光模块以及一驱动模块,该灯管管体两端组设有端盖,该端盖以线材连接发光模块的电源并形成集成插座;该驱动模块由日光灯端盖内设置有电源线路板及电源盖板所组成,再由驱动模块连接集成插座形成电性连接,以可形成独立拆卸该驱动模块的替换或维修,而毋须报废整支灯管,有效节省成本,并达到节能环保的功效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及分离式发光二极管灯管,尤指一种可单以可形成独立拆卸该驱动模块的替换或维修的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管。
背景技术
随着科技不断的发展与进步,电子产品及电子组件越来越朝向轻薄短小的趋势发展,前述的电子组件例如:发光二极管(LED),其因为具有体积小、省电、寿命长且环保等的优势,故其渐渐地被应用在照明设备上,虽然发光二极管在发展初期上,曾面临到发光亮度不足的窘境,但在近年来材料及技术上的突破,发光二极管的发光效率已有大幅地改善及提升,甚至可媲美传统照明设备的亮度,故其有逐渐取代目前照明设备的趋势。习知以LED为照明设备的LED灯管,如图1所示,其主要包括;
一管体11、一发光模块12、一驱动电路13以及二电接头14;该发光模块12容设在该管体11内部,该发光模块12包含一电路板121及复数LED灯122,该等LED灯122布设在该电路板121下方,并电连接该电路板121;该驱动电路13容设在该管体11内部,并位在该电路板121上,该驱动电路13以焊接方式电连接该电路板121;该二电接头14分别与该管体11的两端以密封方式结合,且该二电接头14亦分别以焊接方式电连接该驱动电路13;藉此,以构成此LED灯管。
然而,习知的LED灯管,在实际使用上仍存在有下述的缺失,因该驱动电路13一般的使用寿命大约为两万个小时左右,而该LED灯122则为五万个小时左右,故此LED灯管在长时间使用下,该驱动电路13容易比该LED灯122提早损坏,且该驱动电路13以焊接而永久固定的方式电连接在该发光模块12的电路板121上,并以该二电接头14分别密封结合在该管体11的两端,故当该驱动电路13损坏时,无法单单进行该驱动电路13的更换或维修,而必须报废整支LED灯管,俾将造成成本的浪费。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于解决上述的缺失,本实用新型为一种可单独更换或维修该驱动模块或发光模块的分离式发光二极管灯管。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其至少包含有一灯管、一发光模块以及一驱动模块,该灯管管体两端组设有端盖,该端盖以线材连接两端电源并形成集成插座;该驱动模块由日光灯端盖内设置有电源线路板及电源盖板所组成,再由驱动模块连接集成插座形成电性连接,以可形成独立拆卸该驱动模块的替换或维修,而毋须报废整支灯管,俾有效节省成本,并达到节能环保的功效。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型将原有灯管中永久固定组接的驱动模块以及发光模块制作成可分离式拆卸组装的模式,让使用者方便单独进行该驱动模块或该发光模块的更换或维修,而有效节省成本,并达到节能环保的功效。

具体实施方式
为能使贵审查员清楚本实用新型的结构组成,以及整体运作方式,兹配合图式说明如下:
本实用新型中灯管2如图2-图6所示,其主要将灯管2的驱动模块23放置在灯管2的两侧,其至少包含有:
一灯管21,该灯管21管体为发光模块22两相对的半圆形透光中空管体其灯管21至少一端组设有端盖24,该端盖24以线材连接发光模块22的线路并形成插座241;
一发光模块22,设于该灯管21中,该发光模块22载于电路板221上的复数发光二极管222;
一驱动模块23,由日光灯端盖231内设置有电源线路板232及电源盖板234所组成,其中日光灯端盖231内设有一阶级面2311,以使电源线路板232嵌设,且其端面上设有电连接端子2312并使其露出,而电源盖板234介于电源线路板232及端盖24之间,其相对端盖24的集成插座241设有插头2341。
请同时参照图3及图4所示,整体组装时,灯管21管体以发光模块22两相对的半圆形先行结合再于灯管21至少一端组设有端盖24(本实施例为两侧),使其端盖24的凸垣卡入灯管21管体中,再由线材连接发光模块22的线路并导通于插座241上;
而驱动模块23的日光灯端盖231其周缘壁面可延伸并结合于灯管21管体,而日光灯端盖231内的阶级面2311嵌设电源线路板232,而其电源盖板234的插头2341插置于相对端盖24的集成插座241中,再由另一固定件25(本实施例为螺丝)固定电源盖板234(如图3所示),藉由插头2341插置于集成插座241中,而使发光模块22以及驱动模块23构成电性连接。
当整体灯管2与外部电源连接时,该电连接端子2312则将电源传送至驱动模块23,由驱动模块23进行变压或整流处理(例如AC/DC或DC/DC),再将整流后的电流传送至发光模块22进而使各发光二极管222发光,而达到照明的功效;而当发光模块22的驱动电路23需要维修或更换时,仅需将驱动模块23的日光灯端盖231与管体21相互分离,以可形成独立拆卸该该驱动模块23或该发光模块22的替换或维修。
值得一提的是,本实用新型将原有灯管中永久固定组接的驱动模块以及发光模块制作成可分离式拆卸组装的模式,让使用者方便单独进行该驱动模块或该发光模块的更换或维修,而有效节省成本,并达到节能环保的功效。
如上所述,本实用新型提供一种较佳可行的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,爰依法提呈实用新型专利的申请;惟,以上的实施说明及图式所示,本实用新型较佳实施例者,并非以此局限本实用新型,是以,举凡与本实用新型的构造、装置、特征等近似或相雷同者,均应属本实用新型的创设目的及申请专利范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,其至少包含有:
一灯管,其至少一端设有端盖,该端盖以线材连接发光模块的线路并形成插座;
一发光模块,设于该灯管中,该发光模块载于电路板上的复数发光二极管;
一驱动模块,由日光灯端盖内设置有电源线路板及电源盖板,且其端面上设有电连接端子并使其露出,而电源盖板介于电源线路板及端盖之间,其相对端盖的集成插座设有插头;
藉由电源盖板的插头插置于端盖的集成插座中,而使发光模块以及驱动模块构成电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,该灯管管体为透光的中空管体。
3.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,该灯管管体二端分别组设有端盖。
4.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,该插头插置于相对的集成插座中,进一步由另一固定件为螺丝固定电源盖板。
5.如权利要求4所述的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,该固定件为螺丝。
6.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,灯管管体为发光模块两相对的半圆形透光中空管体。
7.如权利要求6所述的可拆卸式发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,端盖的凸垣卡入灯管管体。
