发光二极管吸顶灯
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种发光二极管吸顶灯,且特别是有关于一种散热良好且方便组装的长条形发光二极管吸顶灯。
背景技术
日光灯是现代不可或缺的照明工具,是普遍使用的照明产品,但日光灯的体积大,于制造、使用及弃置过程中皆会产生大量的汞污染,对于环境保护一直是潜在的重金属污染源;再者日光灯管的使用寿命甚短,仅约1千小时,且仅能将所接收到的电能百分之十转换为光能,百分之九十转换为无用的热能散失到空气中,造成电能的耗损,如此浪费能源,着实增加自然环境的沉重负担。
为解决上述日光灯管的缺点,以及响应环保、节能减碳的要求下,由于发光二极管(LED)具有环保、省电、高效率、使用寿命长、体积小及反应快等优点,业者均积极开发出LED灯来替代传统的日光灯,且渐渐普遍被使用于各类照明领域,被看好为21世纪的光源,极有可能替代传统光源,成为主流照明光源。
LED已普遍应用于日常生活中,例如:信息、通讯、消费性电子产品的指示器与显示设备。而白光LED的推出,更开启LED发展作为光源或照明产品的新纪元,也可说是LED最大最具发展潜力的市场。因此,开发更多能被消费者接受的产品,拓展LED的日常照明应用已成为业界首要的设计目标。甚至,LED吸顶灯已广泛地使用于目前的日常生活中。
目前,目前市场上的LED吸顶灯一般分为两种:1、导光罩为塑料件、散热为铝材的LED长条形吸顶灯,其LED灯板设置在导光罩内并与铝材连接,导光罩设置在铝材上,其存在的主要问题有耐压性不够,对驱动电源要求较高,因此导致成本高,同时其安全性能也低,不能够满足现在使用的需求,不具有实用性;2、整灯为塑料件,在塑料件内设置灯板,虽然耐压高安全性好,但是散热效果差,不可以将LED灯板功率做大,同时也导致产品使用寿命短。
此外,目前市面上有的LED吸顶灯结构过于复杂,拆装过于繁复,一般消费者难以使用。
因此,散热良好且方便组装的发光二极管吸顶灯的需求变因应而生。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种发光二极管吸顶灯,以解决上述提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种发光二极管吸顶灯,包含:一灯罩;一基座,包含一卡槽,所述述基座的两侧与所述灯罩接合;一光源板,设置于所述灯罩与所述基座之间;一电源座,与所述光源板电性连接,所述电源座设置于所述卡槽上;以及二端盖,分别与所述灯罩和所述基座的两端接合。
优选地,本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯包含一固定件,所述灯罩及基座通过所述固定件与所述二端盖固定。
优选地,本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯包含至少一塞片,设置于所述基座与所述二端盖之间的一缝隙。
优选地,所述基座内部设有一印刷电路板。
优选地,本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯包含具有至少一中空状壳体的背挂件。
优选地,所述背挂件的两侧与所述基座的两侧扣合。
优选地,所述二端盖是一侧为封闭端、另一侧为开放端的中空壳体。
优选地,所述灯罩是圆弧中空状的壳体。
优选地,所述灯罩是由聚碳酸酯制成。
优选地,所述基座是由铝制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明LED吸顶灯实现了长度不受限,可以满足一些对灯具长度有特殊要求的场合;灯具散热好,设计功率可大可小;寿命长,易于安装和维护;产品出光率高,电源发光效率高。

图1为本发明发光二极管吸顶灯的爆炸图。如图1所示,本发明提供一种发光二极管吸顶灯10,主要包含:灯罩11、基座12、光源板13、电源座14以及二端盖15。
更进一步地,本发明提供一种发光二极管吸顶灯10,主要包含:灯罩11;基座12,其包含卡槽121,基座12的两侧与灯罩11接合;光源板13,设置于灯罩11与基座12之间;电源座14,与光源板13电性连接,电源座14设置于卡槽121上;以及二端盖15,分别与灯罩11和基座12的两端接合。
另外,灯罩11则是以聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)等塑料材质制成且具有透光性,亦即灯罩11可为一透光件;而基座12可由铝制成。基座12及灯罩11的材质并不限制,可予以适当的变化。灯罩11可呈弧形或其他形状的中空状壳体,但灯罩11的形状、尺寸及长度并不受限,可因应需要而适当的变化。灯罩11及基座12可利用特殊的卡接、螺接等方式使得灯罩11的两侧可适当地穿越基座12而彼此组合成一中空状的管体,使灯罩11可拆卸的组装于基座12上,且组装后的灯罩11与基座12的吸顶灯管体并不会因为重力或外力等因素而变形,亦不会彼此分离或脱落。光源板13可设于灯罩11及基座12之间,并固定于基座12上不滑动,可使得灯体本身出光稳定均匀,且光源板13上可设有数个发光二极管(图未示),此为所属技术领域所熟知的技术,故不再多加赘述。发光二极管发出的灯光可透过灯罩11向外射出。基座12可利用背胶黏贴或夹持件等方式固定于适当位置。
此外,基座12主要具有散热的功能,故采用包括但不限于铝材料,发光二极管沿光源板13的长度方向排列成一行或数行,并与电源座14电性连接。
根据需要,基座12内部设有一印刷电路板(图未示) ,此为所属技术领域所熟知的技术,故不再多加赘述,基座12表面的两侧还可以设置向外延伸的第一卡勾部122。当上述印刷电路板视需要从灯管的一端可滑动地组装至基座12的表面时,第一卡勾部122可将印刷电路板有效地固定在基座12中,从而使印刷电路板不易从基座12中脱落。
更进一步地,本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯10再包含至少一固定件16,灯罩11及基座12系通过固定件16与所述端盖15固定。,固定件16包括但不限于自攻螺丝,可使得本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯容易拆换。
此外,端盖15是一侧为封闭端、另一侧为开放端的中空壳体,端盖15亦透过基座12的卡槽121固定电源座13,使得本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯10更为坚固。
更进一步地,本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯10亦包含至少一塞片17。塞片17可包含但不限于橡胶塞片。塞片17可用于缓冲基座12与端盖15的缝隙,使得本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯10的内部结构得以固定而不松散。
更进一步地,本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯10更包含至少一背挂件18,背挂件18为一中空状壳体,且背挂件18的两侧设置向外延伸的第二卡勾部181;其中,背挂件18的第二卡勾部181可与基座两侧的第一卡勾部122扣合,实现安装方便,易于安装和维护的效果。
图2为本发明发光二极管吸顶灯的结构图。如图2所示,将图1各组件组装之后即为图2所示的结构图。本发明的发光二极管吸顶灯可实现长度不受限,可以满足一些对灯具长度有特殊要求的场合;灯具散热好,设计功率可大可小;寿命长,易于安装和维护;产品出光率高,电源发光效率高,具备实用性。

1.一种发光二极管吸顶灯,包含:一灯罩;一基座,包含一卡槽,所述基座的两侧与所述灯罩接合;一光源板,设置于所述灯罩与所述基座之间;一电源座,与所述光源板电性连接,所述电源座设置于所述卡槽上;以及二端盖,分别与所述灯罩和所述基座的两端接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管吸顶灯,其特征在于,包含至少一固定件,所述灯罩及基座通过所述固定件与所述二端盖固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管吸顶灯,其特征在于,包含至少一塞片,设置于所述基座与所述二端盖之间的一缝隙。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述基座内部设有一印刷电路板。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管吸顶灯,其特征在于,包含具有至少一中空状壳体的背挂件。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述背挂件的两侧与所述基座的两侧扣合。
