本实用新型涉及一种标牌显示装置。
背景技术
传统的指示牌有用于户内和户外,并分为反光或发光两种。其中具有发光功能的显示牌,较为先进的是软屏电致发光(EL)平板指示器。此种显示器存在着如下缺点:一是以变频器电源提供高频电,致使显示器不能真正实现平板化,其厚度在5cm以上;二是易出现电火花,且供电电压较高,一般在100V以上;三是亮度低,一般在10cd/m2以下,四是在高频电压下工作,寿命短,一年以后亮度就明显下降。
发明内容
本实用新型可以提供一种低压、低耗、寿命长和真正平板化的显示装置。除此之外,它还能够解决规模化生产、低成本和发光柔和均匀等问题。
本实用新型所述光纤发光型平板显示器,其特征在于:它由一块板状塑料光纤材料作为基板,在所述基板正面分布有若干个凹型槽,在凹型槽内填充有低纯度光纤材料制成的标志、标记或图形模型;基板正面凹槽处外层粘贴有一层透明保护层;在基板周边侧面镶有若干个等距离排列的高亮度发光二极管或小型冷阴极灯;基板周边固定有遮光框。
本实用新型所述光纤发光型平板显示器具有发光柔和、均匀;低压供电、功耗低;结构简单、成本低;使用寿命长、安全性好等优点。

具体实施方式
本装置具体结构可参见附图:图1中,基板1根据实用场合需要,采用一定厚度的光纤塑料材料制成,在其正面开有若干个凹槽4。所述凹槽4内填充有低纯度光纤材料制成的标志、标记或图形模型。所述基板1的光纤塑料起导光作用。所述低纯度光纤材料是选用上述光纤塑料产品中,纯度达不到要求而被淘汰的废品,利用它的衍射散光特性,产生散光显示效果。在基板1的周边侧面,可镶入若干个等距离的发光二极管或小型冷阴极管组成的光源3。在基板周边设有遮光边框2。光源通过基板导光照在其凹槽中用作标志、标记或图形的散光材料上,使标志、标记或图形处,发出柔和均匀的光线。本装置适合用于消防电子指示牌、办分室标牌、室外小型广告牌、门牌、路标、坑道牌等。

1.一种光纤发光型平板显示器,其特征在于:它由一块板状塑料光纤材料作为基板,在所述基板正面分布有若干个凹型槽,在凹型槽内填充有低纯度光纤材料制成的标志,标记或图形模型;基板正面凹槽处外层粘贴有一层透明保护层;在基板周边侧面镶有若干个等距离排列的高亮度发光二极管或小型冷阴极灯;基板周边固定有遮光框。
