Abstract
Description
図1a、図1bは、本発明にかかる装置の単純化されたブロック回路図を示している。参照番号1は、自動車にかかる部品を含むフレーム(frame)を示している。したがって、自動車は制御手段10を含んでいる。制御手段10は、エネルギ蓄積装置20と、駆動モータ40と、例えばプラグコネクタの形態の着脱可能なコネクタ50とに接続されている。また、コネクタ50と、ここでは電流供給ネットワークの形態で示されている電流源30との間に、接続部が存在する。
車両1の蓄電装置には、該蓄電装置の充電だけでなく放電も惹起・制御することが可能な適切な電子制御手段(電力管理システム)が設けられている。
もし、自動車が適切な入力インターフェースを有していれば、該自動車のユーザーは多数の設定・調整を行うことができる。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの電気モータと、
上記電気モータに駆動エネルギを供給するエネルギ蓄積装置と、
上記エネルギ蓄積装置に接続された、電流源との接続のためのプラグコネクタと、
上記電流源から上記エネルギ蓄積装置への電流の流れを制御する制御手段とを含んでいる自動車であって、
上記制御手段(10)が、上記エネルギ蓄積装置(20)から上記電流源(ネットワーク)(30)への電流の流れを許容し、
上記自動車内に又は上記自動車の外部にインバータが設けられ、該インバータにより上記エネルギ蓄積装置の電力が、上記電流源(ネットワーク)へ交流の形態で供給されることができる、
ことを特徴とする自動車。 - 上記制御手段が、上記エネルギ蓄積装置の充電量を検出する装置を含んでいて、残存充電量が予め設定可能な閾値に到達したときに、上記エネルギ蓄積装置(20)から上記ネットワーク(30)への電流の流れを遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車。
- 上記制御手段(10)と上記ネットワーク(30)との間で通信を行う通信装置を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の自動車。
- 上記制御手段が、クロックを含むか、又は、クロックに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の自動車。
- エネルギ蓄積装置とネットワークとの間での電流の流れを制御する方法であって、
予め設定可能な第1の期間においては、上記ネットワーク(30)から上記エネルギ蓄積装置への電流の流れを許容し、
予め設定可能な第2の期間においては、上記エネルギ蓄積装置から上記ネットワークへの電流の流れを許容することを特徴とする方法。 - とくに請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載された、駆動部と、上記駆動部に接続され電気エネルギを蓄積する蓄積装置と、電力供給ネットワークとの接続部とを含んでいる車両であって、
上記蓄積装置に制御手段が関連付けられていて、この制御手段により、電力供給ネットワークに接続されたときに上記蓄積装置が制御されつつ放電されることができ、電気エネルギが電力供給ネットワークに供給されるようになっている車両。 - 上記蓄積装置が、電力供給ネットワークに接続されたときに、上記制御手段により制御された電気エネルギで充電されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4及び6のいずれか1つに記載の車両。
- 上記制御手段に連結された入力手段が設けられ、該入力手段により該車両の使用者が蓄積装置の放電を行う時間(期間)を設定することができ、電力供給ネットワークへのエネルギの供給が少なくとも部分的に実施されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4、6及び7のいずれか1つに記載の車両。
- 上記制御手段に電力管理プログラムが関連付けられていて、該車両が電力供給ネットワークに接続されたときに、上記プログラムが、上記蓄積装置のための自動的な充電操作又は放電操作を開始させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4及び6〜8のいずれか1つに記載の車両。
- 請求項1〜4及び6〜9のいずれか1つに記載の車両との複数の接続部を備えた電力供給ネットワーク。
- 要求があれば、請求項1〜4及び6〜9のいずれか1つに記載の車両の、上記ネットワークに接続された複数の蓄積装置の少なくとも部分的な放電が開始されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電力供給ネットワークを操作する方法。
- 上記蓄積装置に受け入れられた電気エネルギと上記電力供給ネットワークに供給されたエネルギとを測定する電流計量器/エネルギセルが、該車両に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4及び6〜9のいずれか1つに記載の車両。
- いつどれだけの量の電気エネルギが上記蓄積装置に充電されたか、又は電力供給ネットワークに供給されたかを確定する記録ユニットが該車両に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4、6〜9及び12のいずれか1つに記載の車両。
- 該車両が、上記電力供給ネットワークの対応する接続プラグに接続されることができる電気接続プラグを有し、
上記接続プラグがアース配線を有していて、該アース配線により、該車両のデータを、上記電力供給者のデータネットワークによりやり取りすることができ、
さらに、上記データネットワークにより、さらなるデータ、例えば該車両の電気蓄積装置の状態についてのデータが供給されることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜4、6〜9、12及び13のいずれか1つに記載の車両。 - 上記車両の外部にインバータが設けられ、該インバータにより上記車両の上記エネルギ蓄積装置の電流が、上記電流源(ネットワーク)へ供給するように規定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4、6〜9及び12〜14のいずれか1つに記載の車両。
