Abstract
最適に大きな載置にもかかわらずに、中間ホルダーの適切な横移動を伴うブロックの迅速な自動交換並びに受けテーブルの重量と望まれない振動の緩和が運転中に保証されているように、この種の板押さえを再現すること。
【解決手段】
材料ブロック(11)が柔軟材料から加工される機械、特に発泡材輪郭切断機の板押さえ(4)は、受けテーブルと平行に高さ調整可能な板押さえ板(6−10)を備えて、この際に切断機が機械スタンド(1)の二本の横木に保持されて材料ブロック(11)の幅に適合可能に調整できる切断工具(12)用の少なくとも一つの中間ホルダー(13)を有し、それで、最適な大きな載置にもかかわらずに、中間ホルダーの適切な横移動を伴うブロックの迅速な自動交換が保証されるように、再現される。そのために、板押さえ(4)は横木に高さ調整可能に支承される支持要素を有し、この支持要素は板押さえフレーム(5)を支持し、下位ホルダー板(6−10)が長手方向に移動自在に板押さえフレーム(5)内に案内され、そして板押さえ板(6−10)は中間ホルダー(13)をそれらの間に収容できるために、少なくとも中間ホルダー(13)の範囲内で中間ホルダー(13)の幅を越える隙間状間隔(14)を有することが提案されている。

Claims (9)
- 受けテーブルと平行に高さ調整可能な板押さえ板(6−10)を備えて、この際に切断機が機械スタンド(1)の二本の横木に保持されて材料ブロック(11)の幅に適合可能に調整できる切断工具(12)用の少なくとも一つの中間ホルダー(13)を有する、材料ブロック(11)が柔軟材料から加工される機械、特に発泡材輪郭切断機の板押さえ(4)において、板押さえ(4)は横木に高さ調整可能に支承される支持要素を有し、この支持要素は板押さえフレーム(5)を支持し、板押さえ板(6−10)が長手方向に移動自在に板押さえフレーム(5)内に案内され、そして板押さえ板(6−10)は中間ホルダー(13)をそれらの間に収容できるために、少なくとも中間ホルダー(13)に範囲内で中間ホルダー(13)の幅を越える隙間状間隔(14)を有することを特徴とする板押さえ。
- 板押さえ板(6−10)は固定格子寸法に配置され、中間ホルダー(13)は格子寸法で横に移動自在に調整できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板押さえ。
- 板押さえ板(6−10)は分解可能に板押さえフレームに保持されて互いに横って移動自在に支承され、そして中間ホルダー(13)は板押さえ板(6−10)間の隙間(14)の横移動の寸法で横に移動自在に調整できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板押さえ。
- 板押さえ(6−10)はその幅で調整でき、そして中間ホルダー(13)は幅調整によって生じる隙間(14)の寸法で横に移動自在に調整できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板押さえ。
- 長手方向移動駆動部の切替可能な同期調整が受けテーブル及びベルトシステム又はそのいずれかの一方や板押さえ板(6−10)のために企図されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の板押さえ。
- 同期調整が機械的に行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の板押さえ。
- 同期調整が電気的に或いは電子的に行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の板押さえ。
- 板押さえ(4)は位置を制御され且つ動力を制御されて又はそのいずれか一方を制御されて材料ブロック(11)に下降できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の板押さえ。
- 板押さえ(4)は切断過程中に材料ブロック(11)に下降され、長手方向移動駆動部間の同期調整が受けテーブル(2)や板押さえ板(6−10)のために接続されて、材料ブロック(11)を交換するために板押さえ(4)が上停止位置に移動され、同期調整が遮断され、材料ブロック(11)が長手方向移行駆動受けテーブル(2)によってカッター(12)から或いは、このナイフへ輸送され、中間ホルダー(13)を新たなブロック幅に調整するために板押さえ(4)が上停止位置に移動され、板押さえ板(6−10)が中間ホルダー(13)の衝突領域から縦に移動され、中間ホルダー(13)が板押さえ板(6−10)の間の適切な隙間(14)に横に移動され、板押さえ板(6−10)が縦に戻って移動されて材料ブロック(11)に下降され、同期調整が接続されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の板押さえ(4)を作動する方法。
