Claims (10)
- 연질 소재로 이루어진 재료 블록들(11)이 각각 가공 및 처리되는 기계장치의 블랭크 홀더(4)로서, 적재 이송 테이블(2)에 대해 평행하게 높이 조정이 가능한 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)을 포함하고, 상기 기계장치는, 절단 공구(12)용으로 제공되어 기계장치 스탠드(1)의 두 지지봉에 고정되고 재료 블록(11)의 폭에 부합되게 조정될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 중심 홀더(13)를 포함하는 상기 블랭크 홀더(4)에 있어서,상기 블랭크 홀더(4)는, 높이 조정이 가능하게 지지봉들에 장착되는 지지 부재들을 포함하고; 이들 지지 부재들은 블랭크 홀더 프레임(5)을 지지하고; 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은 길이방향으로 변위 가능하게 블랭크 홀더 프레임(5) 내에서 안내되고; 그리고 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은, 자신들 사이에 상기 중심 홀더(13)를 수용하기 위해, 최소한 중심 홀더(13)의 영역에서 상기 중심 홀더(13)의 폭을 초과하는 갭 모양의 간격(14)을 갖는; 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은 고정된 규격 단위 치수로 배치되고, 그리고 상기 중심 홀더(13)는 상기 규격 단위 치수 내에서 길이방향으로 변위 가능하게 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은, 탈착 가능하게 블랭크 홀더 프레임에 고정되어 상호 간에 길이방향으로 변위 가능하게 장착되고, 그리고 상기 중심 홀더(13)는 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10) 사이에 제공되는 갭(14)의 횡방향 변위 치수 내에서 횡방향으로 변위 가능하게 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은 자체 폭이 조정될 수 있고, 그리고 상기 중심 홀더(13)는 상기 플레이트들(6 내지 10)의 폭 조정에 의해 제공되는 갭들(14)의 치수 내에서 횡방향으로 변위 가능하게 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 블랭크 홀더로서, 길이방향으로 이송 가능하거나 테이블 컨베이어 시스템을 구비한 적재 이송 테이블을 포함하는 상기 블랭크 홀더에 있어서, 상기 적재 이송 테이블 또는 컨베이어 시스템을 위한, 그리고 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)을 위한 길이방향 이송 구동장치들의 전환 가능한 동기화가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 동기화는 기계식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 동기화는 전기식으로 또는 전자식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크 홀더(4)는, 위치 및 힘이 제어되는 방식으로 상기 재료 블록(11)을 내리누를 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크 홀더.
- 제 5 항에 따르는 블랭크 홀더(4)를 작동시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 블랭크 홀더(4)는 절단 과정이 이루어지는 동안 상기 재료 블록들(11)을 내리누르고, 상기 적재 이송 테이블(2) 및 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)을 위한 길이방향 이송 구동장치들 사이의 동기화가 활성화되고; 상기 재료 블록들(11)을 교체하기 위해, 상기 블랭크 홀더(4)는 상부 정지 위치로 이동되고, 상기 동기화는 비활성화되고, 상기 재료 블록들(11)은 각각, 길이방향 이송 구동장치에 의해 구동되는 적재 이송 테이블(2)을 이용하여, 커터(12)로부터 멀어지거나 이 커터(12) 쪽으로 이송되고; 새로운 재료 블록의 폭에 맞게 상기 중심 홀더(13)를 조정하기 위하여, 상기 블랭크 홀더(4)는 상부 정지 위치로 이동되고, 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은 상기 중심 홀더(13)의 충돌 영역으로부터 벗어날 수 있도록 길이방향으로 이송되고; 상기 중심 홀더(13)는 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10) 사이의 대응하는 갭(14) 쪽으로 횡방향으로 이송되고; 그리고 상기 블랭크 홀더 플레이트들(6 내지 10)은 길이방향으로 복귀 이송되면서 상기 재료 블록(11)을 내리누르며, 그리고 상기 동기화가 활성화되는; 것을 특징으로 하는 작동 방법.
